Services
Interventional Pain Management accepts many HMO and PPO insurance plans and Workers' Compensation. This is in addition to the point-of-service and traditional indemnity insurance we also accept. Patients should always check when making an appointment to ensure we are in your insurance network. Like most private physician practices, we require co-pays, high deductible deposits, and other non-covered fees at the time of service.
Patient safety is a priority of the staff-our goal is to ensure that your office visit is a safe one. Please assist us by cooperating, obeying instructions, reporting any safety hazards, and encouraging visitors to obey the rules. We believe that patient identification is essential to providing a safe healthcare environment.
The epidural space lies outside the spinal cord between the vertebrae and the dura mater (a tough membrane which encloses the spinal cord and the cerebrospinal fluid). Via the epidural, the spinal nerves to the entire body can be accessed and treated with medications. The space is filled with loose fatty tissue and small blood vessels.
A transforaminal epidural injection is given to patients with leg and/or back pain to relieve pain without invasive surgery. As a diagnostic technique in which blocking the pain signal that causes pain helps to identify the nerves that are the pain generators or carriers of the pain. The purpose of the nerve block is to help the doctor determine what's causing your back or neck pain.
The facet joints are joints between two adjacent vertebras. They are responsible for the movement of bending forward; back ward and twisting. Because of wear and tear, trauma or mechanical stress on the spine, these joints can become inflamed and cause pain. Facet joint injections or medial branch injections deliver a steroid and anesthetic lidocaine to the joint to block and medicate the area.

There is no words to describe my gratitude to Dr. Ibrahim. I was about to lose my job because of my back pain. He did a couple of procedures on me and I was on my feet as if it never happened. I was naturally scared of having any injection, but he assured me that it is very safe and I am glad I listened.

Terrible in ALL aspects, particularly doctor-patient communication. See at your own risk of time and money. Also, be aware of the fact that some of his reviews are falsely inflated, misleading, censored and inaccurate.
If you're seeking beneficial relief from your pain, you probably will not find it from M. Ibrihim.
Additionally, M Ibrihim submitted a false claim to my health insurance for epidural injections that he never performed on my neck. I straightened that out with the help of my lawyer in court.
M Ibrihim should not hold a career that requires the diagnosis and treatment of people in
