I wasn't clear on how to use the stimulator at first. The doctors were on call 24/7 and Dr. Sanjay walked me through the way to use the stimulator. I can now operate the stimulator with ease. To no avail, I hadn't found one, until my doctor at that time, referred me to the Madnani's! Not only were they dealing with my Lupus, Fibromyalgia and my spine problems from an accident back in 1986, they also dealt with me, when I broke my ankle 2 yrs.
Epidural steroid injections, or ESIs, are a minimally invasive treatment that has been used for decades to temporarily relieve low back and leg pain (sciatica). They have been shown to be effective for pain in the neck (cervical) and mid-spine (thoracic) as well. While they do not treat serious underlying spinal conditions, ESIs are often effective in relieving the chronic pain these conditions often cause.

Dr Sanjay Midnani is very helpful and understanding! As far as office staff: the phone is rarely answered, VM box is ALWAYS full and nobody is ever available to take a call. Very frustrating. Day 3 I am waiting for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy although they have told me it was done twice.😡

The physicians and nurses are great. Dr Madnani's are experts in their field. The best thing is that they don't do unnecessary treatments. They advice the patients and let them make the decision.
