Ybelise Escoto is a homemade cake master with a taste for originality, quality, and authentic flavors. She was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and is a graduate from Suffolk University with a bachelors in Biology. She has worked as a secondary school educator for the last sixteen marvelous years.
However, her true calling was still unrealized. Raised by Dominican parents she incorporates a delicious Caribbean flavor to her cakes. In 2003, she found herself in sunny Orlando with her young daughters to get away from the cold winters. Her passion for creating cakes began when she was a young girl learning to bake with her adored grandmother.

Like best: I loved the great customer service and how delicious the cake was! We ordered a cake for Thanksgiving, and by the end of the night the cake was gone because everyone had taken a piece home. I was also impressed with the beautiful flowers and cake decorations. I cannot wait to order my next cake from Ybes Cakes!
