This entire experience from ordering the cake to receiving the cake with free delivery to my home was exceptional. I ordered a chocolate gluten-free cake to look exactly like a photo I sent Jillian, with some description of what else I'd like added to the cake. My daughter loved the cake and we all loved how chocolatey moist and rich it was. And it was gluten free, as my daughter's health requires.

Absolutely incredible, made from scratch cookies! We stopped by in our exploration and tried out Jillycake's Sugar Cookie and Sprinkle Sugar Cookie...we were blown away. It was soft, chewy, good consistency and the taste was phenomenal. It was so good we stopped back a second time before we left and got some more.

I was a huge fan of Jillycakes before it moved to the current location in Icon Park.
I went yesterday and purchased 4 cupcakes at approx 4:00 pm. We had dinner at Icon Park and at approx 9:00 last night we had the cupcakes for dessert.
The flavors were very good but the cupcakes were so dry it was like they were stale. So dry they would just crumble when broken apart and crumbs were everywhere! If I were serving these to anyone other than family I would have been embarrassed.
I'm beyond disappointed that Jillycakes apparently does not have any quality control. There is no way these should

So my daughter cried on her birthday because her cake was so bad and sooo dry ! I got my full refund but people should be warned about this place. You guys ruined my daughters big day all the guest were so shocked on how dry and hard that cake was. Dont run a business you can't bake ! Cakes are for peoples special days and I could only imagine how many you have to refund

I had the best experience with Jillycakes in Orlando. We opted to celebrate my granddaughter's 6th birthday at Disney World, we thought Disneyland was going to be closed, my daughter tasked me with finding an amazing cake. What do I know about Orlando a bakeries. I looked online and basically found the one place that looked interesting.... Jillian walked me through everything, allow me to ask a million questions and for all the trouble came up with a gorgeous Roblox cake featuring my granddaughter's characters "Violet". Horrible customer service. Tried to get a birthday cake made for while I was there emailed back-and-forth because you cannot call last email to them was to send me an invoice so I could have the cake made and nobody ever invoice me back so no birthday cake for the kids while we were there in Florida. I find it hard to believe that a bakery to not take phone calls for orders you have to do everything through email.

We are new to the area and were looking for a way to celebrate a quarantine birthday. I reached out to Jillian and she was so helpful and easy to work with. I was able to order two different flavors of cupcakes (Boston Creme Pie and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) and she put our favorite Toy Story characters on top. Because of the Covid-19 situation, she delivered to our apartment free of charge. These cupcakes were DELICIOUS! Both flavors were so good. We can't wait to order from her again soon!

So placing the order was alright (the flavors were kind of confusing online, could be more detailed), but the cake is terrible. It's dry, it's supposed to be chocolate with a chocolate ganache and everyone at the party agreed there was no chocolate taste and the decoration was alright. The decoration was kind of blurred but whatever, the icing on the side didn't match the logo which was whatever but I was at least hoping for a good tasting chocolate cake.... not worth the $80 for sure.

We had Jillycakes make the cakes for my wedding and it was unbelievably delicious. I am not a cake person, but the 3 tier cake was amazing. It was perfectly decorated and themed with short notice. The coconut cream pie flavor was out of this world and I can't wait to try the red velvet come our anniversary. I'd recommend purchasing cakes from here for all events, from big to small. I will certainly purchase more in the future!

My daughter lives in Orlando and we stop by ICON Park frequently. This is the first time we stopped in for a cupcake at Jillycakes.
It was HORRIBLE! While we all have different taste, that wasn't the issue. When I took the paper off it literally crumbled in my hand it was so dry. My guess is it was a couple days old. There was no filling just cupcake and icing. The icing was supposed to be cookies and cream but it was chocolate chip. Either way it was pretty tasteless. It was seriously like a cup cake was made by anyone and sat on a shelve a couple days then served dry, tasteless and old

I ordered a gluten free birch log grooms cake for my son's wedding earlier this year. OMG it was delicious. Gluten free cakes can be tasteless and dry. Everyone loved this cake and could not tell it was gluten free. Exceeded my expectations. Plus, I live near Miami and was able to arrange everything via email with pictures and a description of what I needed. I was so impressedwith their professionalism and customer service. Will definitely be back.

It was really hard to find this restaurant! It's in the same building as the Sea Life Aquarium at Icon Park. For some reason there was another sign in front of the Jillycakes sign, so when we first peeked in, we didn't realize it was Jillycakes. Not sure if they are changing their name. The cupcakes looked good, and the 2 we liked the best were the red velvet and the strawberry cheesecake. The double chocolate and Oreo were dry.

Reached out via email like their website suggested, for a custom cake. I was put in charge of a baby shower cake and received a few recommendations, one of them being Jillycakes. I went to their website and read reviews on yelp. They emailed me back fairly quickly, asking questions about flavors and how many people etc. My reply somehow got lost so after a few days I emailed again asking what the deal was. They apologized and said their response back was somehow stuck in their outbox? Anyhow- they made the cake, charged my card and delivered it early to the baby shower. I was happy about that because

So the new location is just as delicious as the old location. Same great cupcakes just in a new building. The only downside is it is less convenient to get to Icon Park. Parking is further away and when I went they only had containers for single cupcakes. Hopefully they will have boxes for larger purchases later.

The prices were written haphazardly and if you were not looking, you wouldn't have noticed. The owner, Jilly, was friendly-ish. The cupcake offerings didn't look super fresh and were a little sloppy. Although I've been wanting to try this place out for a while, I actually tried Jillycakes for the very first time at ArtLando recently, which was also my first time at Loch Haven Park!
