Has anyone ever said that funeral-planning was a joy? Let us be the first. Nick Rine made it easy on us but also made it light, which we certainly needed. We felt our dad was in good hands from the beginning and we felt supported by Nick every step of the way. We would also like to give a shout out to Victoria and Lane who handled the day-of services. Professional and so kind. Thank you all so much for what you did. We will always be grateful.

I would love to be leaving this review under different circumstances, however, unfortunately I loss my father 11 days ago to Lung Cancer. When he was diagnosed, he preplanned his funeral through Spring Grove. Being the oldest, I was left in charge of making arrangements and ensuring my dad got the proper home going services. The entire thought of having to complete this task was unbearable to say the least. I didn’t know what to expect or what to do as far as planning goes. I was so unprepared, confused, and scared, but Nick Rine helped me through the entire process. He was truly heaven sent

My grandmother pre-planned her cremation and burial with Spring Grove Funeral Home and I am so grateful that she did.
From the initial phone call to coordinate pick-up of her body, all of Spring Grove's staff, especially Nick Rine, were professional and kind. I was impressed that each time we had an appointment, a member of the staff waited for us at the door or entrance to the cemetery, so we were never left waiting or asking anyone where to go. That courtesy is invaluable during grief.
Spring Grove thought of every detail before and after my grandma's passing. Nick kept in close contact with

Nick Rine did an amazing job with my moms service. He was so thoughtful and caring, he texted us throughout the week and asked how we were doing. Even after the service he said he would be in touch. My mom would have loved him and I felt at ease knowing he was taking care of my mom. It felt like he was taking care of his own mom. He went above and beyond for our family. I’m forever thankful for him and the staff at spring grove ♥️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart

My family and I chose Spring Grove for my sisters service for multiple reasons. First, our father, grandma and grandpa are all buried there. Secondly, the facilities and landscape have always been very well taken care of and we appreciate the different events they have such as the lantern lighting night which allows us as a family to come create new memories as we celebrate and honor the memory of our lost loved ones.
Finally and most important, the customer service we received from Nick Rine during this difficult time. From the first phone call I made - sad, scared, devastated, and lost, he helped

Beautiful location and building, but the employees have no concept/training/basic thoughtfulness of the roll they should be playing. After nearly telling us to sit down and shut up, employees couldn't even be bothered to set up enough chairs for the aging audience. They left a dozen people (all grey-haired and many athletes with knee, ankle & foot injuries) standing for 45 minutes. Then they impatiently tried to shovel us to another room, which was so poorly set up that people could hardly get in the door. The smallest efforts -- to set up chairs (there was room) and to move odd tables that weren
