I chose this place to diagnose my BMW and they quoted me what I thought was a fairly high price, but I figured it was worth it being that this place specializes in repairing BMW's. After 2600+ dollars my check engine light came back on. I called and Tyler said to bring it in. So I did. Doug said that low gas was the reason for the light to appear. So I filled my tank. Then the next day I was on the highway and it came back on. I took it back and now they say something else is wrong with the car. And they wanna charge me more money to fix it. I sent my car to get 100% fixed. But after 2600 dollars

I have known Doug Paddock since he started this business and have consistently been a customer ever since I’ve owned six or seven different cars during this time all that have been serviced with Paddock Imports. I know that I can trust that if they say there’s a problem that that problem actually exists and will get fixed at price that is much less than what the dealer would charge.

Doug and his team over at Paddock helped me get my bmw m3 inspected and even found that my winter tires were on backwards, those were mounted by a dealership and thank god they found it mounted backwards before the snow tomorrow. Doug was also very helpful in helping me understand what I need for the car coming up.

I've been using Paddock for a couple years to service my Mini Cooper. They've been upfront about what repairs will cost and have even come in under their estimates on occasion. They have also let me know when they didn't feel a repair was worth the cost. I've never had an issue with their repairs. Honest, friendly, timely, quality repairs: I'm not sure what more you can ask from a shop.

I had the good fortune to have crossed paths with Paddock Imports and work with Doug who is beyond attentive, professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind. I came in to have my check engine light checked after having my car serviced elsewhere just a week prior. I was concerned obviously and overwhelmed with what felt like a spiral of issues was about to unravel. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They had my husband's Porsche for
ELEVEN MONTHS just to fix the convertible top (that was brand new but had a problem with hydraulic part) Was never given the same answer when he spoke to various people about the progress. Finally finished it, so they said, and after he picked it up the top still did not work and in addition to that the brand new convertible top liner on the inside was ripped on both sides. Doug took NO responsibility for that, nor did he offer to refund what my husband paid. Car was also dirty, you would think after keeping

I've driven BMWs for more than 25 years and by far the best service I've ever had has been through Paddock Imports. Paddock has not only done great work on my cars, but have gone out of their way to save me money on repairs. My boyfriend found Paddock originally for his BMW M3 (they work on mostly BMWs) but when I brought my Acura in they were happy to help repair my squeaking noise. They were super fast and he didn't even charge me! I ended up buying the team pizza the following Friday. They're all around great people and I totally trust them with my car and not to take advantage.

These folks know BMW's - especially older ones. Doug took very good care of my 1988 325i convertible. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an accurate quote at a fair price and got the job done. No upsell or discovering other mystery problems and inflating the bill. I'm glad I found this place. Wish I had gone here months ago and avoided an oil slick on my garage floor!

Our BMW broke down when I arrived at my daughters house in Colorado after we had just seen a mechanic in NV before leaving. Apparently the mechanic in NV did a real number on our vehicle. Doug not only fixed our vehicle, but made sure it was running properly and back in good shape before we picked it up for our trip back home to NV. He also took pictures for us to see exactly what had happened and why to explain it all. We truly appreciate Doug and everything he did for us and our vehicle to help us get back home safely! I have an old 3 series and a recent X5 that they have worked on. Better price and they care more about me than the dealer. They are trustworthy. I've brought in for minor questions/issues before and they've got me in if they can. Do not nickel and dime, in fact once did something they did not have to without charging at all. Would recommend 100%.

I've been bringing my BMW and Audi's here for over 10 years and it's always a positive experience. Doug is very thorough and seems to know every issue with every model off the top of his head. I always learn something new about my car and Doug likes to explain what he's doing and why. No wonder he has so many positive reviews and has been a success for so long. While on vacation in denver my check engine light came on, i stopped elsewhere to have the codes read and nothing came up, i came across Paddock and they were able to get us in quick to assess the light. Doug was knowledgeable and very reassuring that the light was due to a harmless fault with the gas cap and was safe to drive back on our trip home. Very courteous and nice!

I was on my road trip from the Northeast to Southern California and my 2010 Range Rover started making some serious noise, which sounded like the water pump. I checked out the best place in Denver to get a car fixed and Paddock Imports came up number one and I see why.
They could tell I was in a difficult situation. They got the part in after rearranging their schedule to get me home for the holidays. And to top it off the bill was more than reasonable.
I see why everybody gives these guys such high reviews. They were so damn thoughtful, and absolutely did not take advantage of the situation
