Steve and his staff are always professional. I have taken all my vehicles to Mancinelli’s for the last nine years not because they are the least expensive, but because they are the most professional, thorough, and dependable (do it nice, or do it twice) thus saving money in the long term. They were very professional and kind. I was kept informed throughout the entire process of replacing my hybrid battery.in addition, I was driven home and back by a very lovely person. The only reason I did not give them maximum stars is because they did not take my warranty insurance. Otherwise everything was great!

Mancinelli’s has kept my 1999 Ford Ranger on the road and running like new since 2018. They have saved me from having to buy a new vehicle. I have been offered a price for my Ranger that would more than cover the total cost of work that Mancinelli’s and Steve have put into my truck. I expect it to keep running like a top for at least another 100,000 miles. I can’t recommend these guys enough. You get what you pay for, and they stand behind their work. They’re the best!

Had my front control arms replaced. So far, all is well! They did miss changing my headlight bulb, which was in the services I requested, but will take the car back over to have it done. Steve was very responsive to my inquiries, and the front counter persons were polite and cheerful. All in all, painless!

This shop clearly values customer service! Every employee took extra time to answer my questions and help me feel supported. Had a battery refresh done on our hybrid Mercury Mariner just last week. Our first day trip to Pueblo revealed better power, pickup in speed for merging and passing, and better highway mileage than before the refresh. We confirmed the mileage using the trip computer. We're looking forward to checking out the city mileage and performance in the next weeks. I am looking forward to being able to post improvements in the next few weeks. 😁😁😁
