Recently my daughter's Volkswagon experienced some mechanical issues. She is a student at UNC and I live on the western slope. They made the necessary repairs while effectively communicating with she and I during the process. Off she went in the repaired vehicle. Within a week or two, the car began spurting oil from a issue with an oil pressure valve. She took it back to them and they offered to make repairs and split the costs with me. My windshield wipers were acting funny and I was not sure what do to so I called to make an appointment and they saw me day of. They fixed my wipers within 15 minutes and their customer service was amazing! Colin in the front did an amazing job telling me what was wrong and helping me out! For sure coming back next time I have car trouble!!!

Great experience. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Colin gave me an estimate over the phone for and oil change and to check the brakes on our Mercury Cougar. I knew we would need work done on the brakes. James did a great job on the car. I will be taking our Dodge there for a check in a few weeks. Pricing was reasonable for what needed done. Thank you all for taking care of us. It was nice meeting the team and I look forward to working together in the future.

I was having this ongoing problem with my car that caused it to go into limp mode every so often. It became more of a problem when time went on. Brent and Lynn from Autotailor were some of the best people you can ask for. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car and notified me of new things that they were doing along the way. I highly recommended going to Autotailor for your VW, AUDI, BMW, Mercedes and more , needs.
