Please never go here! They did 2 route canals a month after they had to do both again cause i got a really bad infection. 13 months after one of the clowns fell. I went back the dentist told me I had to pay again for them to make a new one. I have payed out of pocket more the 2,000 for the first time and know he wants me to pay $400 more. This people are a scam they lie to get more money. After I went with another dentist he did confirm there was no reason to do 2 route canals since the other molar was in great condition. Please never go here they do fraud!...

I do not recommend this place they are very money hungry. I was told I needed two root canals, 4 cavities and needed deep cleaning. My insurance covers 90% of the cost and yet I was still told I would have to pay over 3000. I went to 2 different dentist and they told me I didn't need root canals and I have no cavities. If you do go make sure you do your own calculations on what they are charging for each procedure and the amount your insurance covers to see how much you actually have to pay.

I'm not sure why they have unfavorable reviews bc all my experiences there have been positive. The frontdesk staff are always nice and the dentist, x ray techs and hygienists have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. When the dentist has recommended certain things outside of my price range, I declined it and they were friendly about it and never pushy. I have really enjoyed this dental office

My dentist office that we had for many years stopped covering my insurance. I found this dental office about a yr ago based on reviews and the cleaness of this place. The dentist was rude when I declined to add floride to my children's teeth cleaning and for desensitizer for 2 small white filings due to the extra cost that my insurance didn't cover. Recommended ortho for my 13yr old to a tune of $4,500 according to the dentist my insurance doesn't cover which I know its not true when asked for a referral the receptionist flat tells me to call my insurance. Unfortunately i have nothing good to say about this horrible dental office. Everyone from the doctors to the staff are rude. know one knew anything of my dental process not even the doctor. I went in to the office to have a root canal done and get a tooth replaced. got the root canal but have yet to get my tooth replaced. Iv been waiting for about 5 months for a tooth and know one knows anything ... Iv gone as far a to file a complaint against the dental board or California and called my insurance also.

Hopefully it will allow zero stars. Absolutely the worst dentist I've ever experienced. I went in 3 weeks ago for an extraction. After scheduling an appointment and confirming they Would be able to actually do the extraction I went in . They cleaned my teeth and kept leaving the cleaning tool too long allowing pain with each tooth they cleaned, I have great teeth and never experienced this from a cleaning . They then moved onto the extraction . They tried for about 45 min with no success ! I felt as thought he was pulling my jaw out and not my tooth! They sent me home with a temporary filing

This place clearly takes advantage of families and persons of low socioeconomic status by recommending expensive unnecessary treatment and roping you into high interest loans to pay for their "recommended" treatment. Not to mention they will run your credit without your consent to apply for "Care Credit" on your behalf. All of this while I'm sitting in the dentist's chair waiting to get an evaluation competed. I got a hard inquiry on my credit report as a result, that I'm still trying to fight. I called reception three times to speak to a manager about the issue

Blonde hair girl was very rude and no customer service, I waited 30 mins for them to try and verify my insurance and unfortunately for me my insurance was close, They need to verify that before a patient waste time sitting there and taking time off work to try to see the dentist.

Unfortunately this dental office gave me the worse experience I've ever had. The initial consult goes as you would expect it to. I went in, got my x-rays and saw the doctor. However that's when the pleasantries end. Immediately they wanted to remove my wisdom teeth without asking if it bothered me at all or not, and was already ready to schedule to have it done. After that they recommended a deep cleaning that REQUIRES you to pay for all the extra bills and whistles. I've called multiple times trying to schedule with the provider to have the deep cleaning done without the extra fluff

I went in recently for the first time. My insurance provider listed this dentist as an in network dentist so I decided to go to him because I was dealing with a toothache. The wait in the lobby was close to an hour, but in their defense the receptionist was trying to get the correct insurance information.
