After our regular plumber sold us a "water conditioning" unit which proved to be worthless against AZ hard water, we rang up Kinetico. Michael Rogers was our sales rep; he told us what we had long suspected...the only defense against hard water is a softener, not a conditioner. Michael was prompt, professional and highly knowledgeable. Answered all questions and followed up after the sale. Fabian was a great installer. He was also very thorough and courteous. Would recommend Kinetico for all your water softening needs!

From start to finish, the entire Kinetico experience has been a real pleasure. Our sales representative, Wade Benham explained everything thoroughly and he answered all our questions without using any high-pressure sales tactics. I was looking for a soft water system and my brother in Yuma told me he has used Kinetico for the last 20 years. I recently moved to Tucson and was used to the hard water. I met Michael Rogers at the SAHBA home show in Tucson. Michael explained the system to us and answered all our questions. The next week Michael met us at our house and after a demonstration we were sold on the product. The installation was completed the following week and the installer was awesome. Needless to say the water difference is awesome. I strongly recommend this product to everyone, well worth the money.

Michael Rogers was very thorough in presenting the Kinetico water softener and drinking station products. He explained how the products functioned and was extremely personable. We were able to schedule the install at a time that fit our schedules, and the install went very smooth. Fabian did our install and explained everything he needed to do prior to starting his install. Once completed he explained the functioning of both systems and let us know we could call if we ever needed assistance. GREAT Experience!

Buyer Beware!!! We purchased the very expensive Kinetico system for our home. Shortly after a brief period of usage we noticed the brine tank was overflowed and the tank was filled with water. Caller Kinetico service, the tech came out and performed a brief service at a cost of a $139.00 service charge. A short time later we noticed the unit was not using any salt, we called the service tech to re-check the issue. He advised us to wait a few months to see if the salt usage increased. It did not increase the usage of salt. We called service and was told it would cost us another $139.00 for a service

I purchased two of the reverse osmosis systems, and have another brand in my third house. The kinetico products work well, but offer no significant benefits from the reverse osmosis system at Costco that cost $160 (versus Kinetico $1500). I have dissolved solid and reagent testing systems to show this. The kinetico particulate and carbon filters, which are very cheap to manufacture have risen in price from $85 to as much as $200 at some of the kinetico independent dealers who each have their own territory. They are not allowed to sell outside the territory so there's no competitive price

Kinetico is willing, able an quick to sell you a system for thousands of dollars. The problem is getting them to service your system once it is installed and they got their MONEY. When you call for service you are put into services voice mailbox & no one will call you back. Beware as this is a company that has very poor customer service.

I have had my system for almost 2 years and it works great. However Kinetico's customer service is horrible. The office is not interested in trying to schedule a time convenient for their customer. I made an appointment to have the filters changed (a very expensive service call) and we agreed on a day but they would not give me a time nor a time range. I was told the serviceman would contact me the evening before the appointment and let me know when he could fit me in his schedule. Even though I explained to the office I would not be available until afternoon that day, at 7pm the night

I called in for a promotion they were running to test water. The gentleman who I talk to was very rude. He was uninterested in communicating with me about the promotion they were running. I don't know if the product is any good but but if you're going to run for promotion you should be at least interested in talking about it. Otherwise don't even bother with the commercials

In November 2016, I moved to a new house and called Kinetico Quality Water to set up an appointment. They were able to give me a weekend appointment for Saturday. Dave Wright promptly came over first thing the next Saturday and provided us with a proposal that was both an excellent price and short-turn installation schedule. We were able to get our system installed within 3 days- in time for the incoming Thanksgiving guests. Our installer, Bryan, was cheerful, conscientious and highly skilled. The product is great. Not cheap, but great! We've wanted a Kinetico system since the mid-70s but never had the money or opportunity until now.
The salesman: Jack Eversole was knowledgeable and good as was Bryan the installer. The install went quickly and everything was clean. Nothing like having to pull stuff out of cabinets to run the water line from the K5P Drinking Water Station to give you an opportunity to clean under the stove and refrigerator, especially the dust collecting coils. Also makes life cleaner and easier for the installer.
