Originally the DeGrave family was primarily performing residential service, sales and installation of water treatment equipment in Southern Arizona.

The advantage of water softeners is they can extend the life of your water-using appliances, your plumbing and even your clothes. With a water softener, you also don't need to use as much soap when doing dishes, laundry or bathing, as you do if you have hard water. The Evolution SS reduces the buildup of lime scale, calcium, and magnesium, the chalky substance you see in dried hard water spots, as well as other chemicals.

Designed for use with a water softening system or as a point of entry water filter, the P.O.E system is fully automatic and self-cleaning. Brad and Ryan did an incredible job with my installation. Brad's 38 years as an installer and master plumber rating are clearly apparent in the quality work. Very friendly, kept the home and worksite very clean, and took the time to answer all my questions. Great customer service from the office staff and technicians.

I was very unhappy that it took over 4 hours to install a water softener. The water lines were there and just needed to be connected. The drain needed to be installed in the attic. I thought I would get a call to ask if everything went well with the installation and that it is working. No they just took my money. For a family business they sure don't show it. I went with them because of that and they are local.

Great customer service from the office staff and technicians. Great communication and explanations of the devices. Everyone was very knowledgeable. They checked our super old softener and determined we needed a new one. The installation tech, Jorge was very pleasant and did a great job installing the softener today. I will recommend Water Tec to friends and family for sure.

Yeah, they claim to have unbeatable prices, but it comes with a price. Please save yourself the headaches and go with another company who hires professionals. Every department/personnel that I have dealt with at Water Tec has poor customer service skills and there is no communication between departments. Ex: the tech was not aware what he was coming to do at my home. He showed up, asked to use my bathroom, said he didn't have the necessary tools for the job, and promised someone else would be here Monday (not true). I had to call to schedule another appointment.

I just removed their Evolution Water System installed on July 21, 2017. Please understand my purpose in writing today is to warn those who have recently purchased from Water-Tec and have an outside installation that the materials used will leak if exposed to the sun in less than four years. I am especially concerned when reading on Next Door the poor service delivered to a 91-year old woman by Water-Tec.

They billed me for 6 months, never put any salt in the softener and when I complained they came out and took the unit off of my property without notice. We contacted Water Tec for a quote on a softener and RO system. Jack arrived on time for the appointment and was wearing a mask when he entered our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of water treatment. We purchased a system from him during his visit. Installation of the system was scheduled on the spot for approximately a week later. The technician arrived on time and installed the system for us and thoroughly explained the operation. Its been about one month since installation and everything is working great. The RO water tastes great and were using less laundry detergent

I could not do business with this company as they required full payment prior to the final inspection by the county. Permits are required for a full replacement of a softener system. Water Tec first asserted no permits were required. I checked with Pima County and they are on a full replacement. The day the system was to be installed I inquired about how Water Tec was going to handle the inspection. I advised that I was not paying in full until the system passed the required inspection. The owner of the company accused me of trying to not to pay. I don't know who would pay in full for anything

I walked into the showroom to look at Water Tec's systems. I met with Jacob and he walked me thru it. I took the best one they had as well as a Reverse Osmosis drinking water system. It was installed exactly as discussed. The tech who did the install was meticulous with his work and we love the system. Nice Job boys !

I am not sure where to start on this review as I am just so blown away with how awesome and professional this entire team is from Greg the gentlemen that answered my phone call down to the installer George. When I bought the system I figured they would just remove my old one and slap the new one in and move on with their day. Greg helped me out answered all my questions and made sure I got the right system for my house sent me a brochure with all the info etc. george came out and installed the system he was in contact with me the entire time. First the delivery guy dropped off 2 bags of salt without filling the almost empty hopper. When I called the office to get someone out here to fill it I was repeatedly told no that it wasn't going to happen because they already filled it and why can't I just fill it myself? The notes clearly state to fill the hopper and leave 2 bags behind. When I finally disclosed that I am disabled and not able to do it myself that's when their guy begrudgingly agreed to send someone out. Water Tec, is by far the Cheapest Softening company in Tucson. And their customer support is outstanding. Never have had any problems, with getting questions answered. They are very patient and willing to educate you on how to operated, service, and maintain my equipment. Jake and Greg up at 1st ave are very nice, and very customer friendly.

Took three calls/messages before we were able to schedule an appointment. But once the tech got there he immediately said there was a defect in the tank. I called Water Tec because my parents had used them 10 years ago and were pleased with the product. Our sales representative was on-time and professional, our installer, George, was the same. Outstanding introduction to the company! I signed up for delivery of the salts, my husband and I are both very busy professionals. Water Tec worked hard with me to try and fill my needs. My request to install a water softener and filters in the configuration I needed were not very common, so I got a time and materials with a not-to-exceed estimate. I had bought the filters and softeners on line from another source. The plumbers came and worked as expeditiously as they could, George was the actual plumber that installed my units, very friendly and professional guy.

It's amazing that I have to write this review over something so trivial, but what I describe below is unfortunately indicative of the lack of customer service that has become so common across several industries.
On September 15th, 2017, George and his assistant installed a new water softening unit at my home. I tried to get a quote from Water tech. Had an appointment on a Monday between 12-2 . I called them at 230 and they said they had me down for Tuesday. They asked me if I could have gotten it wrong. Which I get, that happens but I am 100 percent sure I didn't as I had to work on Tuesday and wrote the appointment on our calendar as we made it and it was confirmed back to me.
