I typically get anxious when I need to have service (of any kind) done just because I’m not sure what to expect. Brian was friendly, kind, respectful. He was intent on listening to all of the questions I had and he was patient when he had to re-explain things in layman terms. I love my system, but their customer service is always top notch.

Angel gave us a 20 minute warning of his arrival. It's nice to know when a tech is coming and showed how courteous the folks at Superior Water Treatment are. Angel checked the entire water softener system and replaced the filter under the kitchen sink. He took the time to review everything he had had done and gave us a few pointers for maintaining a trouble free system. This is our fourth trouble-free year with the Ecowater system and we are very happy that we chose Superior Water Treatment.
Angel is personable, proficient and professional. He KNOWS his product and is our GO TO guy!

Have been very impressed with both the office and tech staff. Bought a house this spring with systems installed and maintained by these fine folks. I've never had either a RO or a water softener system before and they took the time to educate me on the right way to maximize performance and to explain options for the softening salts. Just recently Angel came out to do the annual service and helped educate me more in the details and answered my questions about the age and life cycle of both systems. I can now plan for the upgrades and system refreshes that we will do when we renovate our kitchen

Superior did the original installation of our soft water and RO systems. Ever since we’ve have them back every year for it’s annual maintenance service. The technician Angel performed last years service and I forgot to ask for him again this years service. Thank goodness he was assigned to us once again! Throughout the appt he explained what he was doing and answered every question I asked. His knowledge and expertise made us confident in the work he was performing. Brian gave me a call with 15 minute notice he would be arriving and his first stop. This was perfect especially with my busy day planned. He took the time to talk about his process and the unit - it was very educational and informative to learn about my unit and how I as the homeowner can use my unit efficiently.
