They own Fresh Prime Keto and when you order a free trial they set you up for automatic shipping and bill you for $98. Then won't let you return the product and get a credit.
When you call about returning it they also won't tell you what company owns Fresh Prime Keto (or doesn't work) and you have to search business records to find the corporate owner. I think that says a lot about the scam they are running. Also the number that shows on your cc bill is a disconnect number.
They are making it very hard to report their scam behavior to the Better Business Bureau.

MegaFit Nutrition Inc has been a customer of Vitalabs for the last 2 1/2 years. Never have we had any problems or major issues with this company. The customer service that Vitalab's provide is outstanding. They are always willing to work with you and listen to your concerns from product development to shipping. We have been customers for over 20 years and great product but horrible service and turn around times horrendous. Sad they don't care about loosing a $100,000 account that has been with them for that many years. After this review. I was contacted by the president of the company and addressed all the concerns and he was never made aware of the situation and corrected it immediately, hopefully this will continue. Changing my rating from 1 to 4.5. will see how future orders go.

I have been dealing with Vitalabs for over 5 years. The fact that they have all the registrations and are GMP is my number 1 concern for my products. Customer service is horrible!! I’ve been purchasing some of their products from a store near me in SC. I ran out of Garlic & Parsley and was out of town in Raleigh NC. I called numerous stores trying to find it. Then I just called Vitalabs and asked them where I could purchase their products in Raleigh NC, but they REFUSED to tell me. How stupid is that...I’m trying to purchase their product!?!? She tried to give me a national distributor to buy it from and wait a week to ship it to me. Obviously, I won’t be using their products again. I bought another brand.
