We saw a need that the local banks were not fulfilling, and decided to step up as our area began to flourish and grow. The name and mission of our company came from an adventure that began in the fall of 2018. One of our friends 'drafted' four of us to help with the relief effort immediately following Hurricane Michael, a rare Category 5 storm, which had slammed into the coast of Panama City, Florida.
We just finished our refinance with Valor Mortgage and I can't brag enough how Chris and his team! They guided us through every step and took care of us along the way, taking extra time to make sure we got the best deal for our family's future. Chris, again thank you so much for your patience, help and knowledge through our refi!

Chris with Valor Mortgage did an excellent job helping us buy a home. He had competitive rates and was always professional. He was also very responsive, which was very appreciated. There was an issue with the seller's title that came up a day before closing, and once the seller got that fixed, Chris and his team were able to adjust the documents and quickly get us through underwriting, so that we could still close on-time.

Chris and his team were nothing short of amazing! This was my first time ever doing a refinance and they walked me and talked me through everything and made sure I understood everything and saved me so much in interest and payments per month. I highly recommend him and his team. They were a dream to work with and made the steps so easy, especially through Covid. I never had to leave my house! The process was fool proof.
