This doctors office is very unprofessional and very rude. Unorganized to say the least me and my family are still waiting on Covid test and not only that they where supposed to do a teleconference and we have yet to hear from them since last Friday I called up there and got talked to very rudely and told it just slipped their minds. I am sorry but nothing should ever slip a health professionals mind glad me and my family are ok but we will never use this office again and I will make sure no one I know does.

Very rude staff. Simple ask a question and get talked to as if your a nobody and then get told that you being rude. Just wonder what people really be thinking about when they see you or if they just judge you based on your appearance. I will never come to this place again.

My daughter is 2 years old and was very sick with what was determined to be a sinus infection. The doctor there just assumed that she had COVID and refused to see her! This is a place that does COVID testing mind you, and when I asked to have a test done on her they refused that as well with an excuse of her being too young. We were only taking her here because we are from out of town. Refunding my money they advised me to go to an ER simply out of fear of COVID.

I like the people but they are very slow and disorganized. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Tuesday. Get there Tuesday and they have no record or the appointment. Lost all my information in 1 day....
So they wrote all my information down wrong and I can't get my results for the covid-19 test I had done there.........

If you are a migraine sufferer, do not waste your time. My first couple of visits were excellent. My last visit was with Dr. Hargatt. He in no uncertain terms told me that I was asking for more medication than I needed(the dose of the injection they give, not pills). So now I’m some druggie? No Dr., I simply need the same medication I was given the last time I was here. And no, I’m not at this clinic every week asking for pain relief. I have been a migraine sufferer for years and it’s obvious to me that Dr. Hargatt has no experience with migraines.

I can't say anything bad about Pine Ridge Urgent Care. I love the doctors and staff. I've always received wonderful care here. I have worked in medical care and understand the way things work so I'm not disstasified when I've had to wait on the doctors or paperwork. I trust the care I receive at Pine Ridge and hope they are availabe to the public for a long while!!!

I love this doctors office. Everyone there is friendly, efficient and compassionate. The doctors are very knowledgeable. They all have incredible bedside manners but in addition to that they know how to explain what's going on in a way that you can understand without making you feel stupid. It's awesome that they also do primary care. I can go there even in an emergency and all my records are there and they know what's going on at all times. Love it.

I was told I could have paperwork for my job signed by the doctor I saw here for 25 dollars. I was willing to pay but had to come with the paperwork the same day the doctor would be there which was several days later..comes that day and they won't sign the paper work. Wish I would of known before I even went in the first place. The old lady at the front desk was very rude about it too. Never coming back!

Went here yesterday on MLK day. I really went because I had been there once when it first opened up and service was fast so I decided to give it another chance despite the reviews. I called them just to see if they was open and I told the lady who answered the phone that I didn’t have my united healthcare card but that I was able to look it up online for the policy number and I also told her for urgent care I have a $50 copay. She said she couldn’t accept it and that I would have to email it to her. So I emailed my insurance card to her. Called her back and she stated she received it so I told

Sad to say that despite a pleasant experience with the nurse and PA the front office staff ruined the whole experience for me. I called prior to my arrival asking if they accepted my insurance (which is Aetna) and was told yes. So instead of driving a little further to the normal urgent care we visit I decided to stop here with my sick daughter and infant in tow. I was not greeted in a friendly manner at all and was simply asked for my ID and insurance and to fill out the paperwork. I waited an hour in the waiting room while the woman at the front desk still had my cards before being seen. After
