The woman who answers the phone at the front desk has a nasty attitude. I have been a patient here for years, I've never encountered such unprofessional service like this at a doctor's office. I like my doctor and the staff but this individual whom I've encountered twice while simply trying to schedule an appointment has me thinking about making a change.

I’ve been a patient for four months now
Multiple appointments with doctor Brundle who is wonderful. However his stuff is terrible. From the referral specialist Ashley to the scheduling to the office manager to some of the nurses.Incompetence and ignorance combined with laziness The latest excuse is that the computers are down and they couldn’t find me to return my calls even though I left my phone number to the nurses voicemail to call me back . Or the part of the computer that sends prescription refills is down and I have to go in to pick up a paper copy. 🤣🤣🤣.After four months and

I am not sure the name of the woman who answers the phone, but she is so nasty. She long sighs whenever she answers the phone as if she hates her job and hates answering the phone. She is also rude when transferring calls to the proper department. However, everyone else I speak to is courteous and helpful.

I write this review for my experience with the Front Desk. I have not personally attended. I called inquiring as a new patient since I do not have a Primary Care Physician and the person on the phone was incredibly helpful, considerate of my needs. Took into account my reference from a coworker and wanted to ensure that I wanted to schedule an appointment with their office at which point they informed me the Doctor seeing new patients would be out next week unfortunately and wanted to make sure I take that into consideration if I wanted to see someone sooner.
Even though my schedule does not currently

Doctor Foster is great! He takes the time to explain what is going on when you have a medical question or concern and I learn every visit. I've seen him since I've moved to NC from NY. To address some other reviews I've seen like takes too long (it's a doctors office, have patience there are other patients), unfriendly staff (not true, they expect you to be prepared so be an adult and be prepared). Overall I highly recommend doc foster!

I have been seeing Dr. Foster as my primary care physician for over 12 years. I have even begun bringing both my teen girls to see him as well. We love that he and his staff are always friendly, informative, and go the extra mile for us! Because they always try to accommodate with same day appointments when critical, wait times vary, but it is within reason and Dr. Foster nevers walks away from an appointment without making sure all questions are answered. We would not go anywhere else and definitely trust our care and well-being to Dr. Foster!

I absolutely love Waverly Primary Care! The office staff has always been pleasant and the nurses as well. Occasionally the wait may be a little longer than I would prefer but it is worth it to have such great care by Dr. Foster. You never feel rushed and he tries to understand all aspects to ensure he is giving you the best care. So glad I found Dr. Foster!

I used this practice since 2008 and was very happy, after Dr. Richard left I figured I would give the new Doctors a chance because the location is convenient , unfortunately the experience has been less than satisfactory and the office staff is rude, unprofessional and they do not follow up with paper work. The staff talks down to patients, after meeting the new Docs I understand why, they are smug and confrontational. Not at all what you would expect from a health care professional. Do your self a favor go else where if you want quality health care.

I have been seeing Dr Richards for over 6 years due to bad experiences with the VA. The office staff here is horrendous. To put it frankly they do not do their job. If you need paperwork sent to your employer they rarely send it over and when they finally get to it weeks have passed.
If you have an appointment at 1pm (they close for lunch from 12-1) you might as well reschedule. They never open back up on time and will have you waiting longer than time spent with the Dr every time. Now that Dr Richards has left the practice I am happy to never deal with them again. They make the VA look responsive

Dr Foster is a nice guy, but very slow when seeing patients. The last two visits, I waited 45 minutes before going to the exam room and an aditional 35 minutes before being seen. These appointments were made one week in advance, so I feel I should not have to wait that long. I have another Dr. now, so Waverly Primary is no longer a problem for me.
