I had gone with Nate Atkins - State Farm several years back. When I switched at that time, I eventually received a notice from the state that the agent had never updated the MVD with my new policy information and my tags were suspended. It was towards the end of the year at that time, so I chalked it up to a busy time of year. I contacted the office, and they took care of it with the state. Fast forward, I eventually left State Farm as I had found less expensive coverage elsewhere. Nate Atkins office reached out to me in May and asked if they could quote me to see if they could get my business

I am so glad I changed my insurance over to Nate and his team. They took the time to explain everything to my wife and I in simple language so we could make decisions for what works best for us. I like having access to my account online and through the mobile app but most of all knowing I can call their office when I need help. Highly recommend!!

Nate and his team provide a great and refreshing experience. They not only gave me a great rate, but they took the time to explain my insurance plan, so I understand what I’m paying for. I have know Nate Atkins for many years ! When I am in his office I feel like I am the only client that matters and they know me by name. They take time to know my needs and the needs of my family. Agents like this are the reason why State farm is the only option for me and my growing family. Nate and his team of business professionals are the real deal! I have not had any interaction with Nate Atkins, so it would not be fair to state his service was not good however, I did have numerous issues with the receptionists Megan & Audrey. One incident where the auto payment came out of my account when I called in ample time for them not to debit my account which threw my account into a tail spin. When I called the office, no one wanted to take responsibility for this error which costs me time and money. Megan placed my call on hold for an extended period of time and did not apologize for the long wait advising me that she had 'other customers
