I can say without hesitation, Go full service all the way! Yes, Stephanie will come through in ways you couldn’t anticipate on the day of (physically pulling weeds to make paths for guests and rebuilding your centerpieces multiple times after the wind and heat left them in pieces) but where she helped us the most was all the steps along the way.
