It's a scam!!! Go to Home depot or Lowes and purchase same quality filtration system for a fraction of the price. If you just got it, your supposed to have 3 days to cancel. It might not be too late. I kick myself everyday for purchasing this before I knew anything about water softeners and how cheap they are. Not $7000!!! Single mom, excited about owning my first home, professionally persuaded into thinking about the health and safety of the water I'm giving my kid. So I caved. Makes me sick to my stomach. I don't understand how you do this to people.

I was very skeptical of having anyone in my new home... This company went above and beyond to ease my worries during this pandemic. Not only was the rep super knowledgeable, he was also very safe with covid guidelines. I have a well and instead of having to replace all of my iron stained sinks and toilets... The stains disappeared after cleaning them with soft water. My water used to smell rancid... Now it is absolutely amazing! My new home is perfect now! Thanks WTT!

The service department is subpar to say the least. They did a hack job of installing my Maytag system, leaving wires exposed to the elements which cause a whole lot of issues with my iron boss. Had to have two seperate visits to fix the issues, mind you I had to go months with my system not working and when you try scheduling a visit you’ll have to wait weeks. The last technician Brian came out last week and was supposed to fix everything, I thought he did. Boy was I wrong. He fixed the previous issues that was cause by there hack job of installation, and Simultaneously created another issue

I have had this GE Water filtration system for 6 years and never had a problem with it. The company contacted me in July for a maintenance visit which they complete on July 2nd. Over the next month I noticed a decrease in water pressure to the point where running more than 1 faucet at a time the pressure was down to a trickle. I contacted the company twice to report the issue and never got so much as a return call let alone an appointment from someone to come out and fix it. There is no point in a "LIFETIME GUARANTEE" if the company won't honor it. I specifically purchase this unit because of the

Equipment maybe satisfactory, but customer service is poor. If equipment fails be prepared to wait at least 10 days. They claim to accommodate you, which is a lie. They will fit you in to their convenient schedule. Therefore, be prepare to buy drinking water for a long period of time. Other neighbors have their purification longer and has not required maintenance. I purchased it in 2019 and this is the second maintenance. Not to mention that until June 2021 I’m the only person living here. How much water can I use? I do not recommend this business.

My husband and I just recently built a brand new home ,and everything was perfect EXCEPT the water . My water was beginning to ruin all my brand new appliances . So obviously a water system was needed. Jason Chaffer was the one who came into our home and tested our water for us . Not only was he professional and personable ,but he was also very educated on the system and what it could do for us . He answered all of our questions and yes we had a lot, and made the purchase quick and painless . What a SCAM It does not WORK! I still have the same amount of salt in the brine tank as when they install it a year and a half ago it turns into a solid cake of salt you have to take an axe and chop it up and they expect you to do that weekly. Why they didn't install it inside the house on the other side of the wall is beyond me they said the sun beating on the tank turns it into a cake of salt! Toilets sinks dishwasher are all crapped up with a brown black film!

Listen to me people!! you will regret buying in this water treatment. I regret it every single day. They give you two days to return the product not enough time to test and run your water through the whole house to see if what they say it true. Scam scam scam!! This is not the product you want to invest in. They don’t even tell you that you have two days to return the product. They want you to buy the product and keep you locked in paying this product for years just to take your money. Scam scam scam!! Do not buy!!
