Water is perhaps the most important nutrient in our diets. Had a water softener system installed by Affordable Water Treatment Florida 7 months ago. Been having issues with the system since getting it. We would call and Mike would quickly come out but used the same method to fix the repeating problem. The drain would air lock and cause the system to back up. After the 3rd time we were told it was because our dirt was not accepting the water from the drain. We were advised we needed to get a custom drain installed for an additional $400 so that the system would work the way it was designed to function, the only option to fix the recurring issue. Being very cautious when hiring a contractor, Mike, from affordable Water Treatment, immediately, made me feel comfortable, by being totally upfront with issues of my treatment system. He answered all my questions and performed the needed maintenance.
But what he impressed me with, was his honesty, forthwith with a discount, because of a minor oversight on his end, he felt with his conscious, that his word was more important than the charges he could have billed me because of his oversight.

I had a water softener installed then added a reverse osmosis system today. Very happy with the soft water. The price quoted for the reverse osmosis system didn’t include labor so that was an unexpected additional cost. Mike is very experienced and does a good job. Kelly always returned my calls promptly. I would have given 5 stars except for the price difference on the quoted job.

I have had my system for over 6 weeks now and love it! My installation was a challenge. My water meter is aways from the house and the impact on the yard was minimal. I also had my outside faucet repaired and a water turnoff installed in case of emergency.
One of the best things I did was get the drinking water feature. I adjusted to it quickly and use it with my animals too. I love having the soft water after feeling like my hair and skin was drying out. The effects was immediate.

I moved to a new house in Windermere FL and there was a salt water softener system that wasn't working. Found this company in google and Mike showed up the very next day, fixed the water softener and the day after installed a new drinking water reverse osmosis system. He was very knowledgeable and professional and the price was very reasonable too. He also offers a quarterly salt delivery and annual maintenance program. Now he takes care of everything and I have nice and soft water. Highly recommend this company !!

I made an appointment between 1-3pm to inspect a water treatment system that I believed wasn't working. At 3pm I called to determine ETA and was told "they are 15 minutes away". 45 minutes later is when they arrived. The appearance of the workers was unprofessional. Within about 5 minutes of inspection I was told that my entire system needed to be replaced. For about 30 minutes the workers attempted to scare me by telling me how bad my system was and showing me samples and testing they knew I didn't understand, and "they really feel bad telling me". Had them come out to do a Resin system replacement to water softener system and they had a problem with the resin getting back into the house and it clogged up my three bathrooms toilets and one of my showers. They said they would take care of it for free and they were able to unclog 2 of the toilets but the third needed to replace float assy and they did.The only thing is they charged me for the part cause the labor was free but not the parts. 1st mistake!! Then they had to come back with a compressor to unclog the bathroom shower. They did and at the same time had notice that the water softener
