We were in need of a new water softener service company and I found Carter Water. They had excellent reviews on other sites so I took a chance. David the repair tech came on time and was professional and personable. He took a lot of time educating us on how we should care for our system. The best thing I can say about Carter is that we'll use them for all our softener needs.

Beware! The owner of this company is dishonest and deceitful. He hires his employees as "contractors" only so he doesn't have to pay them when they get fired or quit. I worked there for 3 weeks and wasn't paid for my last week after giving notice. He has done this to countless ex employees. If this is how he treats his "employees" how do you think he will treat his customers after he has already taken your money? Stay away!!!

After my experience with Carter Water I want nothing more to do with that company they are the most overpriced water treatment company in the industry and if you have the displeasure of getting involved with them I wish you well you can get the same type of equipment for less than half the cost elsewhere.

2 years ago when I first moved to Orlando, FL, I had met Carter where I was performing music at a gig. After a few minutes of discussion he told me all about his service and came out to take a look at my property. It was an extremely interesting process that he was passionate about which made me comfortable. He helped me make one of the best decisions that I have ever made for my home. Highly recommended!

We bought a home in St. Cloud Florida and had a hard time trying to get someone out in a reasonable time to look at the outdated water softening system that was there. After trying two other places one of them setting an appointment then telling my husband if he did not want to work on the chlorine part of the system he did not even want to come service the system we found Carter Water. We called made an appointment and he came out with plenty of knowledge and professionalism to tell us our system was only half working. He gave us three different options one for fixing the main part of the system
