Avoid this office at all cost. I went for a extraction because my regular dentist couldn't get me a appointment for weeks. Bad idea. Now three of my front teeth are damaged. I reported them to NDA & I'm currently seeking legal retribution. I tried to give them a opportunity to resolve the issue he told me nothing was wrong when it clearly was & totally dismissed me. This business doesn't deserve any stars

Do not go to this dentist. I had a filling done about 3 weeks ago and yesterday in came out . Now I have a whole in my front tooth the doctor to me if anything happened to the fill with in a month to call back and I get an appointment within 24 hours . The lady at the desk told me she couldn’t find my file and gave me an appointment 6 weeks away . She laughed like it was funny, I’m single I need my smile. So I have to pay another dentist to fix their mess up. I lost money had to leave work . I try my best to support black businesses but this is bad I’m scared to eat right now.

This year will be my first time back to Dr J Dumas’s office, since a kid I have been attending this man due to hurricane Katrina that caused me to have a different dentist. All I can say is he’s been a big help since a kid very nice always kept me smiling. I trust him with my now kid’s appointment. ❤️❤️❤️

Ok so Ms Debra needs some assistance at the front desk. The time that I was on hold was a little TOO long and I was not able to completely tell her what I needed. Im not mad at her because she is only ONE PERSON. I just really needed something fairly simple, I just couldn't and still can't get through. I had a great 1st experience there and would rather keep my business with Dr Dumas, I just cant get in this time around lol.

I call there twice this week for a first time appointment, the lady Deborah was horrible as a Receptionist she answered the phone and immediately put me on hold for more than five minutes I decided to hang up thinking maybe they were just busy that day I called back a day later she answers the phone as before no great greeting at all she was very rude and unprofessional I asked her for a first time visit once again she placed me on hold for three minutes I hung up and called back asked her why she kept putting me on hold she was like how can I help you ma’am what do you need I told her the services

Possibly the most pleasant cleaning I’ve ever had. The woman was amazingly gentle and not once did I have to indicate that I was in pain. She even told me to close my mouth more several times, where every other dentist has basically asked me to unhinge my jaw and hold it like that for an hour while they work. My wife went for her cleaning the other day and she apparently had the same woman and was also shocked at how gentle she was. Highly recommend.

Just left Dumas Family Dentistry! Dr. Dumas is amazing! Highly highly recommend!
I’m on vacation from Los Angeles and had a crown that popped out on me when I was flossing last night. I needed a last minute appointment in the early morning on Saturday and was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to find one before the holiday. I called Dr. Dumas’s office and they were able to get me in right away!
