Keith, Dustin and Brandon were great!! Listened to my needs, helped me along with the process, provided suggestions when I wasn’t sure and were so efficient! They placed everything into the new home where I needed it and they definitely made moving out of a home of 12 years WAY less work on me!

So this company is going to come to your house, leave behind the piano you agreed to be moved prior to the appointment, and when you complain, they tell you they don't have the proper equipment for 3 months. Obviously they didn't told me before, otherwise they will not be able to charge 10 hours at 175$ at hour to move a 1500sq ft house WITH NO BEDROOMS.

I had a good experience with the Alpha & Omega moving company. They had to reschedule my move, but they were sure to accommodate me because of the delay with Fawn and the guys that were doing my move on the first day being very responsive. You don’t get that often with a moving company. My move was broken up into two days, which worked out perfectly. On the first day, Dustin, Keith and Michael moved my things in record time. Impressive! On the second day, Dustin and Michael were very accommodating and made the moving process very easy and smooth. Thanks guys!

I made a… point to tell the owner, Fawn W. that we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I filled out the form she sent and specifically selected the option of 3+ floors and made a note AGAIN that there’s no elevator. The day before the move
