They were easy to work with, communicative, and priced fairly. I had a battery and power problem on my PC. Mac and PC repair evaluated my problem, let me know what it was, gave me the computer back to use while they ordered the parts, repaired it on the same day and it has been working perfectly since.

I have been a customer here for about 5 or 6 years, and Shelby and her Husband have always been able to fix my 2011 Mac Book, (hard drive, RAM, Screen, and fixing the power supply), for about 1/2 of what Apple would charge, snd very quickly. Ipad, PC, laptops, whatever peripheral is broken, they can usually repair the item.
The amount of used equipment, (P/C parts, cords, speakers, tools, toys) they move, both in store and through auction, is pretty amazing. It’s also very nice to buy a power supply for $50, and not $350.

I needed to move all of my content from a failing Mac to a new one. I didn't trust that I could do this correctly. I brought it into Shelbi and she moved all of my applications, data, pictures etc to my new Mac seamlessly. Shelbi completed this in 3 hours so I didn't miss any downtime! Great service and value! My laptop battery was only lasting 30 min so I had to keep it constantly plugged in. Then I bought a new battery but couldn’t install it myself. I kept putting off taking my laptop somewhere for help because I need to use it every single day for work. Perfection Tool & Mac PC Repair installed my new battery and gave me my laptop back in less than 24 hours!
Now I can go half a day, moving around to different spots while working, without needing to find my charger. I’m so grateful!
