After Rita Shklovskaya went through some difficult times in her life, she realized that having assistance from caregivers who cared deeply about her well-being was important. With that in mind she became a caregiver herself. In Indiana our services are known as Personal Services and include the 'Aged and Disabled Waiver' and 'Money Follows the Person' programs. Our services in Indiana include household tasks, housekeeping, shopping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, and cleaning.

My mom had caregivers from them for ten years and a couple were with us for multiple years. They became members of the family and there was an emotional bond. It was helpful for me. My mom had a long term policy and we could only have a certain amount of hours a day and that hours made my life easer. Thank you.

I would give them zero Stars if I could. Got them for taking care of my mom who had a severe stroke. So far, I had one very nice person, but she didn't really want to do much work. Then I get someone who only wanted to do certain things, but not help with what was on the order. Then the latest person came, stayed 2hrs (supposed to stay for 4) and left for her second job.
Then the manager acted like we are suppose to be ok with that. What is wrong with this place. Very unprofessional. Done with them now and looking for a better service!

After approximately half a year with RGUS, service experience DECLINED. Quality of caregivers declined. Communication declined. Last caregiver assigned to us was a liar, lazy, scamming and double-dipping by working for a separate client in the same building while on payroll for my mother as her client. What's worse is this agency ignorantly defended her UNSCRUPULOUS behavior. Turned into an OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE. Beware.
