The woman helping me on the phone suggested a one-day-later delivery time b/c Lilypots was receiving a special flower the day before they recommended for the bouquet.

Not only are their arrangements consistently gorgeous, but their customer service is top tier. I'm always impressed by the level of service at LilyPots. Sharon went out of her way to deliver before my wife came back from her Birthday Lunch. Ordered the night before and delivered by 3:00 PM the next day. Flowers are extremely fresh and look better, 3 days after, than the day they were delivered. Excellent value and service! Added a second picture of these same flowers 8 days later. Only the Hydrangea had to be removed

I hired Lilypots to provide floral arrangements for my engagement party and I was blown away with the results! We had a designer send over the color scheme to Lilypots, so I never saw the arrangements or what exactly they would be making for our party. The flowers turned out PERFECT. The company is run by Brit compatriots now in the US. I had flowers delivered for our family to beautify the table for Thanksgiving. The arrangement we received is the absolute most beautiful and unique arrangement I have ever seen. I ordered 3 growers bunches of flowers from Lilypots to use in arrangements and on a cake for a baby shower that I planned, and I am definitely pleased with how everything turned out! Cassie answered my emails very timely to ensure the bunches were ordered properly, and they were very clear on what options I had. We used Lilypots as our florist for our Grand Geneva wedding and we could not be more impressed. The flowers were incredible and their attention to detail is unmatched. The pandemic has made me incredibly aware that we need to shop local. I sought out a local florist near my sister's home for her Birthday arrangement instead of using one of the dot com sites.

I've worked with Cassie from Lilypots SO many times personally and for my business. They do great work! They always deliver great arrangements/flower crowns and are SO accommodating. Lilypots was highly recommended by the venue for my wedding and after looking at their Instagram page I was pretty confident I wanted them! The flower arrangements exceeded all expectations. I cannot day enough amazing things about these florist and their amazing shop. I just chose them for my wedding flowers, and upon my initial consultation I knew I was making the right choice! Laura and Cassie were so kind, sincere and helpful in choosing flowers that would work beautifully together. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and I got so many compliments on the pergola decoration all night. I am absolutely thrilled and will recommend this shop to all of my friends. It was helpful to have images and samples to work with to conceptualize the finished products. It was also really nice to have their input in considering centerpiece details and easily renting from them.

When planning my October 8th wedding, I went into Lilypots a year ahead of time not really sure what I was looking for. I knew what I didn't like and Laura and Jeanette spent all the time necessary to help create my vision for the wedding. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the quality and service of this shop. I drive a fair distance just to do business with them. Their shop is amazing, great pottery, vases, and things that smell good (candles etc.). Its a delight to enter. You will never go wrong spending your good dollars here. They're worth every penny.

I proposed to my fiancee last weekend and had Lilypots prepare a wildflower bouquet for me in advance that I could surprise her with. It was an incredible bouquet! Joanne made a bouquet that was exactly what I had in mind, and my fiancee said that they were the prettiest flowers she had ever gotten! Also, Joanne and her staff were very friendly and helpful.
