My front derailer fail on me and I needed to buy a new one but I couldn’t find one and everything is out of stock because of Covid. I was told that this rival one might fit. Timp had it in stock and I was stoked. I purchased it November 4 and took it to another bike shop to get installed and it was too wide. We tried putting in a spacer so my crank arm wouldn’t hit it. We got it installed and I took it for a short ride to see if it would work. Long story short it didn’t work.

I thought it was great. The sales guy was very helpful and honest while helping with choosing the right product for me. Many choicrs of great premium products for cyclyng. Which you simply not gonna find in general sporting goods store.

I brought my bike in to get the wheels trued and the chain replaced. I had my bike back in a very timely manner. Also, i forgot to have the check the gear shift alignment and at that moment they accommodated my request.

Waste of time. I brought in my starter bike that is suffering from some weird creaks. The attendant was not interested in what I thought was wrong, he just said "turnaround time is 1 week." I explained I wasn't sure because this is just a starter bike and I don't want to spend more in repairs than the cost of the bike. He said "If you're concerned about expensive repairs this isn't the shop for you."

This WAS my favorite shop, now something for sure has changed. Went in to replace 2 broken spokes in my old city bike. Since when I walked in, nobody comes to help me ( and I was the only customer in ). Few of them were there in the back chatting but nobody asked me about what I need. When I finally was able to ask and pick up my 2 wheels, they charged me a crazy amount to replace the spokes, you better ask for the price before their service, just to avoid surprises. Weird service and too expensive.

I took my recently purchased/ previously owned road bike to have some gears looked at and for the bike to be tuned up a bit. The technician fixed it and got it lubed up in a flash- at no charge. Also he fixed a stroller tube that was a bit wonky for 45 dollars...jk free as well. Will recommend to all.

Great bike shop! I bought a bike here last year and I have always had a positive experience with the staff. They are attentive and friendly. I recently took it in for servicing and they finished early, and my bike now runs very smoothly.
They sell a good selection of accessories for road bikes and mountain bikes, mostly premium brands. Definitely some very cool stuff! Check them out if you're in the area.
