I had a really good experience using Chem-Dry for an after tenancy carpet clean. They got back to me quickly after my initial enquiry and sent me a quote before under taking the service.
I had a couple of partially persistent stains which they return to deal with promptly. Will absolutely use again.

Chem Dry of Lake Tahoe did a phenomenal job on my carpets and tile shower. They arrived on time and even reached out with a courtesy phone call to let me know they were on their way. My carpets look like the day they were installed after having Chem Dry of Lake Tahoe out to our home. I feel so good knowing the products are safe for babies and pets, I always look for the best green products now that I am a new mom. Anyways, both gentlemen arrived in uniforms and made sure to follow all Covid 19 safety standards. They were both friendly and efficient. I love the way are house feels and looks so fresh

My interaction with Chem-Dry Tahoe was outstanding. I was in a pinch and needed quick deep cleaning of carpets in four rooms and cleaning hardwood floors.
First, the service is amazing. I spoke to two folks on the phone (one was Nora the owner) and they were both informational and spent time to explain all the different products and ways to solve some of the problems we were having (some odd smells in our new home). Bryan who was our technician was also knowledgeable and friendly. He out did himself on making sure all the areas were cleaned and highlighting any areas that may be particularly hard

Wow I wish I had taken before and after pictures! I rescued a 3 year old dog and I have almost white carpets. Let's just say it got pretty gnarly pretty quick. These guys were prompt, super nice, fair priced, and got out every stain and all the odor. I started with just my living room but will be having them back to do the entire house. The stoke is high!

Like supporting local business and with this family run service, it is a keeper! Communication and reminders were greatly appreciated. I was given a quote over the phone and it was well within the ballpark of the job. James was on time and finished within time expected. The results were amazing. As usual, James came through for me again. I had him clean one of the bedrooms that had huge amount of pet smell from my older dog. He cleaned it beautifully and there are no more smells! I also had my living room which had gone 2 years since the last cleaning. I had high hopes of hardwood floors so I skipped one year- never again! My traffic spots were awful but James worked his magic. My carpets are beautiful again. I will always recommend Chem-Dry and James. His wife runs the office and she's a sweetheart. Love them!

We hired Chem Dry to clean 3 bedrooms & a hall before moving into our house. The house was vacant and we didn't want to sit watching for 2 hours so we left...trusting that the carpets would be cleaned. We were happily to pay $230 for a professional clean from a local mom & pop company.
