For nearly three decades, Park Karate has been offering families all across the Tri-State Area access to professional martial arts training. Our classes incorporate physical fitness, self-defense and traditional Songahm Taekwondo, taught with a focus on life skills, all in a supportive, positive environment.
We have training for students as young as three AND we're offering an incredible Teen and Adult program where students of all experience levels can thrive. Our Teen Martial Arts classes are designed to help students build confidence, develop incredible physical skills, and have a great time in the process. At Park Karate, we are committed to offering the highest quality martial arts instruction around. Our Teen Martial Arts classes include a blend of disciplines like Karate, Taekwondo, Krav Maga, and more.
Our Adult Martial Arts program blends high-quality Karate, Taekwondo, Krav Maga, and Martial Arts instruction for men and women of all experience levels. We can help you learn traditional self-defense skills for the competition or real-world setting and have a great time in the process. From day one in our Adult Martial Arts program, you can learn how to strike with power and speed while maintaining balance and body control from any position.

It is paramount how our kids are shaped and influenced during their early years. Having made the choice to enroll my daughter in Taekwondo classes was a decision I don't regret, especially this specific school. ATA Park Karate is extremely professional, but at the same time, very personal, and what I mean by that is that they treat their students and parents as part of the family. ATA Park Karate School is an excellent training place for kids. Chief Master Raimondi and Master Guzman are the BEST Instructors! The staff and student leaders are AWESOME! This program has been the most popular training and iy allows all of the kids to be able to learn about Martial Arts. My son loves ATA!

ATA Roselle Park is a great Martial Arts School with Amazing and Patient Teachers. Great Children's Program that teaches not just Martial Arts but how to incorporate real life lessons with skills you learn. They teach that's It's about more than Fighting, that it's about Discipline: Mental, Physical, and Emotional.

This school is amazing!! My younger brother attended this school and I had the pleasure of watching him grow up into a respectful young man. I know that it was his attendance to the ATA Park Karate program that helped shape him into the young man he is today. In fact he told me that being in the program helped him become the disciplined hard working individual he is today. Knowing that I decided to enroll my 5 year old son in the program when he was 4 years old and I can already see the positive changes in my own child. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a positive activity

This school is a scam. I went there for 2 years as a kid and learned NOTHING! I learned a few combinations and weapons but the belt upgrade is so fast that you feel as if you didn't learn anything and then if you don't test they give you new lessons which you start from square one again. I've seen the same thing happen all the time and then they go back to the same lesson they already taught 9 months earlier again. That's why I left and they charged my mom $5,000 for the time I was there and then went to a small dojo instead of taekwondo (tkd) it's ninjutsu and jujitsu where they charges 2.4k in
