After 2 years of not having health insurance, I was so excited to finally have a good plan especially after the Obamacare disaster.
I had really high hopes about CPMS because they called me to schedule the initial visit and also continued calling with my pain management test results, referrals, etc
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!! The "bedside manner" from the specialist I was referred to was even worse than the Primary I had to see in order to get a quick appointment. Dr Dennis Mamaril was indifferent, impersonal but NOTHING like the complete lack of compassion and total absence of professionalism I

I waited 4 months to mull over my consultation with Dr. Chong for an epidural. Other reviewers were not pleased that he abruptly stated the dangers of using narcotics (hydrocodone) long term. Dr. Chong may not say what you want to hear, or what your PCP is afraid to tell you, but HE SPEAKS THE TRUTH

Been trying to schedule imaging since MARCH. This is JULY. The staff keeps insisting they sent in documents but the order hasn't been sent. Their phones do not answer. I actually got a live person once and she argued that there was nothing wrong with their phones. The doctor was lovely and I hope he understands that his staff is costing him customers.

Dr. Sigmon has been great but the front and back office is the worst I’ve ever encountered! Not responsive, not organized and just not patient oriented. Been waiting for an MRI referral for 2 months. Told them at the start my insurance doesn’t require. Called in Monday and they couldn’t even find where they requested from insurance till they dug thru my medical records while I was hold. Finally found it as I was told (who knows the truth?). They said they would follow up. I hung up called my insurance and right off the bat, the referral message said there was no need for a referral approval
