WARNING!!!
You will be over charged. Parts are marked up 3x the retail. I sent my car to be fixed for one thing. They called and said it was something else but charged for the original thing that wasn't broken plus the actual problem. Where is the Professionalism.

Had such a great experience with Gouty’s and had to share. I’m not from Fort Wayne and was only in town for a short period of time. My car was making awful noises so I searched the top rated places in the area and landed on Gouty’s after reading the reviews. They got me in right away and fixed the issue. They also had reasonable prices. The people there were extremely friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

Awesome service! They contacted the tow company to have my car brought over same day and were even able to fix it sooner than expected. Ron was very helpful and had great communication. I will definitely be a returning customer.

It’s rare to find a quality mechanic you can trust completely, but that’s exactly what you get with Gouty’s. They really take care of your car, but never oversell you. Ron is always straight up with you about everything. They’re a little more expensive than some other places, but the confidence and peace of mind is more than worth it.

Gouty's fixed my 2000 Bonneville coil pack fast and affordable back in 2016. Of course they suggested new but when you have a knowledgeable discussion or the disposition of the car... they offered used AND THAT WORKS. Going to call them tomorrow for a starter repair. My review of that repair will follow.

First of all, if you're reading reviews on Yelp you will notice that the only other two reviews are from 2 and 4 years ago. So you decide.
Goutys has been great with my old work horse, 1994 Ford F150. They do all the service on this beast. I judge an auto repair shop on two things only.
1) Would I feel comfortable sending my wife there alone?
2) When they mess up do they fix it and make it right ( at no charge ) ?
The answer to both is Yes. I would tell anyone to support this Bluffton Rd/South Broadway/Waynedale corridor business.

These snakes. They are great at getting you right in, but fixing things is another issue entirely. They don't get it fixed, but they are good at finding problems as they come up. So one star is worth that much right? right? right? THESE MOTHERS DUPPERS RIPPED ME OFF BAD..SUE THEM SUE THEM NOW. MOM CAN'T MAKE THE MORTGAGE. We were lied to they keep lying. Other then that they are a pretty good shop. Paying all that money gives you hope of something getting fixed in my case $1700. Felt good while it lasted until the car acted up down the street again after GETTING IT FIXED
