Just received my vehicle, seems to be working fine now. Eric and Jim were very professional and reasonable. I’m glad to have the work done cheaper than Bob Thomas or another dealer would have charged, but I would have spent more at a dealer if I’d known the lobby and shop would stink up my clothes and my car with cigarette smell as much as they did. A few dirty spots on the vehicle were left when I picked it up, but because Eric noticed when I mentioned it, they will mail me Mike’s wash coupons. I thought this was super admirable and an example of their effort to serve their customers. In

Great honest mechanic. You just don't hear that much (sorry mechanics) , but the privately owned shops who rely on their service and integrity are being pushed out. Tim and the guys at JTS are holding up the time honored tradition of a privately owned shop who make their reputation priority.
I had an area shop known for mercedes work on my S55, they screwed it up so bad I couldn't drive it and charged me an exorbitant amount. After looking for a long time for a shop JTS fixed the problem and charged me less than they quoted me. How do you beat that? I will now take all my cars there

Customer service was excellent. Fast in and out time. They figured out the electrical issue with our 05 Town and Country transmission quickly. Prices seem very fair and he even located a used replacement power distribution center (new would be extremely expensive I imagine). They also called and asked for approval before fixing the issue, and gave us an estimate which was spot on for the final price. Really appreciate that too. They allowed us to drop off and pickup the vehicle on our weekend/after-hours schedule because we paid for the bill over the phone. We appreciate the good fast work and

JTS is the real deal! We have had bad experiences at previous auto repair places. We found JTS and decided to give them a try. That was over 2 years ago and we have never been disappointed. They do quality work at an affordable price. We will continue to take all of our vehicles to them for repairs.
