Had to get my screen replaced on an iPad Pro 11 and I was really hesitant taking it anywhere. I did a lot of searches and took it to different places and it's ridiculous how much everyone charges. Luckily I found Geek Zone, they beat everyone else's price by a significant amount. I am now 2-3 weeks post repair and it's like new. I've never cracked a screen before and hope I never will again but if I do I'll gladly bring it back.

Tony was great to work with and was very responsive in his communication with me. I had a broken apple watch screen and it's Ridiculous the price apple charges you without apple pay. I mean, you might as well buy a new watch..junk. They were able to fix the watch screen for less and even sending it to them via mail was easy.

I needed my keyboard replaced on my laptop. I popped in and they were able to assess it immediately and for free (which is a plus) and ordered the part. It took them a day to replace it, which was great. They also took great care to test out all the keys.
I thought the service was a bit towards the expensive side and I also wish they had a longer warranty on their work. But overall, the service was quick and efficient.

I found Turon very knowledgeable and supper helpful. My ipad's screen was shattered and the frame had bent. He walked me through the process and carefully considered data loss and other edge cases then took the responsibility of fixing it for half the price of apple store.
Also had a chance to interface with a few others in the store, all supper professionals. They are not focused on money, talking to them is like talking to a friend. Their focus is on finding a solution to your problem.

Brought my daughter's iPhone for battery replacement after we tried ourselves...and damaged it. Both of the guys at Geeks Zone were great. They diagnosed everything without charge and found out the phone was beyond repair. They gave me a great deal on a used phone and patiently set everything up. I have had a chance to visit this location over and over. Few times got my iPad screens replaced, once iPhone screen replaced, iPhone fixed, bought covers, chargers and even used them for protector screen on our phones.
Never had issues with product, services nor customer service. Prices are within reach compare to the market they are less expensive.
Will I go visit them again? Absolutely!!!

The owner was a very polite and interactive business man! He gladly helped me find accessories I needed for my phone while it was being repaired. He gave me an efficient time lapse of how long it would take to fix my phone! My phone was completely a damaged to where my screen wasn't even functional. He fixed it perfectly in less than an hour, gave me a free charger and helped me pick out a wonderful phone case! Great service and communication! Definitely coming back for all future repairs!

This is a great local business that I'm proud to support. Took my wife's iPad Air 2 for screen repair. Some local shops don't even bother with the more costly screen repair of those. These guys did a great job and were highly courteous and pleasant. They also sell cell phones, tablets, and tons of accessories. Thanks for great job guys.

My family and I have been here three times and we will continue going back whenever we have computer or phone issues. 1st time we went they replaced my husband's seriously cracked iPhone screen within an hour. 2nd time they fixed my daughter's laptop screen within a day and 3rd time was today when I went in to get my daughter's charger port repaired. Guess who's baaaccckkkkk? I find myself here yet again. Thankfully it has never been for myself and hopefully ever will be. My daughters friend was visiting for the day and she had a broken screen. Since I am fully aware of the quality of work Geek Zone provides, I suggested we go and inquire about her getting her screen fixed. We were able to drop her phone off, run an errand and then come back and her phone was ready. It could not have worked out better.

The best place ever to get your electronic devices fix in the northern VA area!! I don't go any where else after I found this place.
