There's plenty to do here for fun, and for people of all ages. Between the various classes and organized leagues, if you're into sports of any kind chances are you'll find something to do here. The facility itself is not in pristine shape, rather looks a bit tired but that's somewhat to be expected given its heavy use. It can also be uncomfortably hot in summer, but these are relatively minor gripes considering it offers the chance for physical activity year-round.

Spacious recreational facility with multiple divided areas to host multiple recreational/competitive events.
If your looking for a basketball court or to host a volleyball sporting match. This could be a good option for you.
I will say the flooring is to the best of my knowledge it looks like asphalt. Don't quote me on that it's just my best guess at it.
So if you prefer a hardwood basketball flooring. You might have to look elsewhere.

Visited this location to play pickup soccer. Interestingly enough, I've lived in the area for almost two years and I never knew or heard of this particular location. They have space for several types of games and sports. While I was there, I observed adults and kids playing: Volleyball, soccer, basketball and baseball. It's all indoor and a great way to exercise/play a sport in the winter time.

Went for a roller derby (... match? game?) and had a great time! They had plenty of seating set up with the option also to sit or stand right up next to the track.
They had food and drink options there, as well as a few other vendors to browse. Place was cleaner than I'd expect a gym to be, and the staff there for the match were all very friendly.
