How can we thank Bambi enough for planning the wedding of our dreams? Through family illness and COVID-19, she still made planning a wedding feel easy, fun, and joyous. She took so much off of our plates and did so much behind the scenes to make sure our big day was nothing but fun and perfect. The wedding itself was absolutely stunning- she took into account our ideas and likes, and made it come together beautifully! My husband and I were in awe once we saw our gorgeous ceremony spot and reception. Bambi is also warm, responsive, kind, and caring. She feels like family and we just love her. Thank

I am so happy we decided to use BCR events for my wedding! Nicki Eisenstein was great to work with. I am not always the most decisive person and when it came to my wedding, there were some items where I had a clear vision of what I wanted and many of which I had no clue. Nicki did a great job of seeing to it that our wedding was perfect and tailored to our wishes.

My now husband and I were lucky enough to work with BCR, specifically Nicki Eisenstein. She was fantastic and everything you would hope for in a Day of Coordinator. She was such a great fit for what my husband and I were looking for on our wedding day and the events leading up to it. She was a great communicator, extremely responsive and had such confidence in her ability to make the day fantastic, which she did! We were not disappointed!!

BCR was phenomenal! We had the privilege of working with Nicki Eisenstein. From the first meeting, I knew she was the right fit. She listened first. She asked me questions to help me move the planning along and guided me when we were lost. She was professional, personal and an excellent communicator. As I began speaking to other vendors about our wedding day, they all said how lucky we were to have Nicki. I think that is the ultimate reassurance--everyone wants to work with and enjoys working with Nicki.

My family and I were in the throngs of wedding planning when we realized that, given I grew up in Chicago but lived with my fiancee out of state--among other logistical challenges--we needed a wedding coordinator. We interviewed BCR events and another firm in the area but from the beginning there was no comparison. BCR events won out by a long shot, mostly because Bambi and Nicki are the smartest, nicest planners in the area and from our first conversation on the phone, really showed that they cared about my vision for the wedding.

Where do we begin?
Working with Bambi was an absolute dream in every way. We initially called Bambi based on a recommendation from our venue, Cafe Brauer. Though my husband and I met in Chicago, we moved to Wisconsin before we got engaged, and knew that planning a wedding from out of state would be too complicated for us to handle! We had a conference call with Bambi from our car, and within 2 minutes of speaking to her we both looked at each other shaking our heads- it was so obvious that she was the perfect fit for us. Bambi has a wonderful, easy going disposition and a great sense of humor
