We needed to replace the front window in our living room and one exterior door downstairs. We are super happy with the service they provided and the new look of our home. We used Window Station to replace all the windows in our 1960s home in Glen Park about 4 years ago. Since that time, we've had leaks coming in from 2-3 windows EVERY TIME IT RAINS. Initially, window station was very responsive, coming out to check on the cause of the leaks. They re-caulked the leaking windows - but they were never able to stop the leaks. We have had them out at least 6 times since installation. The last time they were out they said they could not see any reason the windows would be leaking and suggested it may be a problem with water coming in through our roof or some

I called Window Station since they were local, working during the pandemic, and easy to contact. The walk through of the process with Vadim was five-star for sure! He gave me my different options and prices. Then the day came for my new window! They sent two workers, Sergei and Alan. Great guys who were very communicative and told me what would happen. Second review for these folks. They did our windows in 2019. We just got our front door replaced (it had been damaged years ago and was really drafty). Igor and Leon worked with us and took care of many small details to help us get exactly what we wanted. It was a really smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend these guys.

We had a great window purchase and installation experience with Vadim and Mike at Window Station for our upstairs window replacement. The quote came in very competitive, the process throughout was very straightforward and smooth and the actual installment took half a day. My (very picky) husband said Mike did a great job and was very courteous and professional. We definitely would use them again next time for any window needs.

I went with window station to replace 3 very large (over 9.5 feet tall) windows in my home, which were broken by my neighbor being careless with a slingshot. Because the original large single pane windows were no longer to code, I had to upgrade to dual pane tempered glass windows. I wanted the very best quality, so I chose Marvin windows which are top of the line and offer narrow frames in large custom sizes.

Excellent service with a smile. Very professional and efficient window installers. They were able to replace all of our upstairs windows in under a day, and we are very happy with the work. The windows are attractive and modern, easy to use, and best of all, they keep the loud city noise outside where it belongs.
We also had Window Station over about a month prior to install a garden window in our kitchen, which we love.

Top notch! Had them do my whole upstairs. Very very happy with the results. Very reasonably priced, they beat almost all of the other quotes we got. Easy to work with, very intent on making sure we were happy, good communication. I highly recommend Window Station. I will definitely be calling them back to work on my downstairs windows. Great experience with Window Station!
We've replaced two windows and a sliding door in our house. The sales rep Alex has promptly come to do the measurements, explained various options and gave us very reasonable quote.
On the day of installation Vlad and Igor showed up on time, started with protecting furniture and surrounding area from dust and debris, and then went to do marvelous job installing the windows! They have fixed part of the window frames damaged by dry rot, and even a piece of subfloor under the sliding door.

I got an estimate from Window Station for replacements we needed on an old house. My experience calling them to set this up was fine, but my issue is with their automated system once your estimate is booked.
The weekend before my estimate appointment, I received five text messages in a matter of 30 minutes asking me to reply to confirm my appointment. I texted back to confirm, but kept getting the exact same text again asking me to confirm. I finally text, "I've confirmed this, is my appointment set?" I get a text back saying yes it is (see screenshots of all this).
