Dr. Gamble is a native of Logan County. After graduating from Riverside High School, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Urbana University. He is a 1995 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Optometry. He is a proud member of the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association, and the American Diabetes Association.

I was misdiagnosed with Optic Neuritis. He acted like it “may be” that. Then I asked “ok so that’s what it is”? He said yes. I had my doubts, because he didn’t seem 100% certain. Well, I went to a eye specialist and it WASN’T Optic Neuritis. It was another condition where I had fluid in my eye. I could tell he couldn’t find anything, so he had to come up with some type of diagnosis. Because he promised he would. So he just said “oh it’s Optic Neuritis “. When he didn’t even know. I don’t know how this place has a 5 star rating. I won’t go back.

I am in Bellefontaine for business and lost a contact with no back up pair packed. This is the only office (out of 5) who would even consider helping me. Their customer service is top notch and even though I didn't need to see the doctor, he was willing to fit me in and see me due to my (semi) emergency. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your kindness and willingness to help does not go unnoticed.

Dr. Gamble has been our family eye doctor for many years . Now i have joined his team with the experience i gained at Lenscrafters since 1985 to help them. I love working there and the quality of glasses they put out are exceptional as we have entered the era of digital lenses. Come and visit us !!!!

I have been going to Dr. Gamble for quite a few years now. He is always very thorough with his exams and doesn't try to rush you out the door. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. Hope he stays in practice for a long time

As a Diabetic, my eye exams are very important. Dr Gamble not only does a thorough exam, but he explains everything in a way I can understand both during and after the exam. He makes me feel like I am his only patient of the day. He also does a great job with my wife and five children.
