Would NOT recommend. Especially if you are reliant on contacts. They messed up my order twice, they also lost two of my right pair of contacts and refused to admit they had made a mistake. Now when I tried to order both right pairs I went in on the 25th & they hadn’t even placed the order until the 2nd when I called (on the 9th) they said they were placed on ‘back order’ and that they have no idea when they will be in. The staff is indeed very rude as I’ve read from other reviews. I’m extremely irritated with the amount of disrespect I’ve dealt with. I’m immediately changing my eye

I've been coming here for exams and contacts for the past two years. It's been nothing but good experiences for me, the appointment times are convenient, the doctors are knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair. The office staff is courtesy, folksy, and in no way shape or form rude as some of the other reviews have said, at least in my experience. At the end of the day, it's the eye doctor, not a glamorous show room. I supposed if you want the schmooze and the price that goes with it, go to Lens Crafters. This place is solid, reliable, and fair, can't ask for any more
