I have been satisfied with my dental care with Dr. Shannon Pham at Emmy Dental in Cypress, Texas. I had an issue with my tooth that had an old filling. In addition, a partial of the tooth was broken. I thought that I needs a new filling to cover the old worn filling. Dr. Pham did a thorough inspection and recommended a crown that shall cover the whole tooth. The solution worked perfectly and I feel like I have a new tooth. I have been very satisfied with my care at Emmy Dental. I've had new fillings, old filling replacements, crowns and wisdom teeth pulled here without any complications. My mouth is healthier and I'm happy to smile and show off my teeth. The Dental team are 5 stars, but the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the office assistants that answer the phones and make appointments have not been consistent in the year or two.

Love Love LOVE!!!!!!! I recommend them 10 out of 10! I have gone to them for a root canal, removal of 6 cavities and a crown!! Dr.Pham and staff is truly about patient care!!! They are upfront with cost, and really are genuine about helping you!!! During the dental service they ensure you are comfortable and take their time!! I literally had some invasive procedures done and had little to no pain and was fine. Not to mention patient care is A+++, especially in a time where medical personal tend to really not have that caring element!!! Hands down amazing place!! I can’t say it enough!!! Will

Just wanted to say keep up the good work of showing empathy from the front desk, work staff, and the actual dentist to someone that fears dentist visits. I will definitely go back for the awesome service given to me in my time in need. I was in pain and full of nerves but the dentist handle everything and explained everything perfectly. 10stars in service and pricing!

Dr. Pham and her staff are super friendly and very customer service oriented.. they were professional and courteous to me on my visit. I don't have insurance and needed my filling repaired. Their prices are affordable and the office is very nice and updated. They had a tv mounted on the ceiling so I was able to watch a movie while I was getting my dental work done. ( it was actually difficult to watch while the Dr. was drilling and repairing my tooth you know with hands in my mouth etc). I will definitely come back for dental work with Dr. Pham. Thank you for doing a good job matching my filling

Very unprofessional I called a week ahead to schedule a appointment for a replacement porcelain crown. When I get there they tell me they haven't verified the insurance yet and I would have to pay full price if I wanted them too start the service for my appointment. That just shows how lazy they are all dentist offices verify your insurance before your appointment day. After she tells me I have to pay full price until they verify the insurance she tries to up sale me on getting a X-ray and tooth cleaning. That made me very upset how you going try to change the details of my appointment just
