I had an unbelievable and amazing experience with Deveau’s Auto Repair. I was greeted by Frank and was immediately greeted with respect and honesty. My car was damaged by the last snow storm and I went to seek assistance and/or guidance. He provided thorough and professional recommendations to rectify the situation with my vehicle. This shop is awesome, They did a great job on my truck which was involved in a collision. They’re attention to detail was noticeable, Frank And Kristy were always in contact throughout the process.
The truck was detailed inside and out just like new.

I had repairs done to a couple cars under the previous ownership. Always professional and high quality service. But I must say, Mike was AMAZING from start to finish! Kristy was also so much help. They took care of all insurance BS for me, gave me back a car that looked liked it rolled out of the showroom, their employees literally vacuumed and cleaned every square inch of my SUV. I couldn't have been happier. Their work is perfection! Oddly enough, my mom had a little fender bender about a month after me. She received the same exceptional service! My car was sideswiped a few months ago. I shopped around to get quotes on what it would cost and most places were not giving me a straight answer. I found this place and met with Mike. Have used this shop for years and have never been disappointed.Professionalism is the watchword from the first call to completion. At a time of stress and uncertainty, the staff's calm, knowing way of walking you through the process is very comforting. Mike's assessment of the damage and what needs to be done also conveys a respectful, expert quality. But it is the quality of the work-meticulous attention to detail combined with expert craftsmanship-that most impress. There is a sense that they will go the extra mile to deliver a superior job. Let me begin by saying that I am not a car person, and the mere thought of going to an auto body shop for me is the equivalent of going to a foreign country where I don't speak the language, don't know the culture, and forgot to get my shots, but without the excitement all that might entail. So when I say that I have never had a better experience with anything car related, from the first phone call for an appointment to the finished repair on my Mini Cooper, it's no small compliment.
