Throughout his career, Mr. Nuchereno had displayed a commitment to vigorously defending all accused of criminal activity. Mr. Nuchereno had in the area of homicide alone, tried over 50 Murder cases to verdict before juries in various State Courts.

This law firm has not kept me informed about my father's estate and have not reached out to me on they're own. They have failed to provide the legally required accounting of the estate. It's deeply concerning that attorneys who claim to be of good and honest Character act otherwise. My advice to people reading this is make sure the counsel you seek is objective and impartial Howard B Frank and Catherine Nagel in my experience not those people. I have taken it upon myself to phone these lawyers and have been told by them personally, to seek a lawyer even though I'm listed as a beneficiary who is
