Attorney Joy Ellen Miserendino was born in Western New York and raised in Angola. After graduating from Lakeshore Central High School, she attended the State University of New York at Buffalo graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, magna cum laude.

Have started a case with her alomst a year ago. After a few months and a couple evaluations, she has cut all.communication with me and hasnt returned any of my emails or multiple calls asking about the status of my case. She fought with the insurence company and was more than rude on the phone to only not have another meeting set up for me and everyone has since gone MIA. Worst lawyers office i have ever delt with

Meeting Joy was honestly a answered prayer. The accident I was in totalled my vehicle. Joy and her assistant are helping my husband and I on a case....and she does return phone calls. I find that she has become someone our family can trust, who knows what she's doing.
