The Excelsior is home to four elegant ballrooms - erica-chandalier, The Crestwood Ballroom, The Le Versailles, The Medallion, and the Florentine Grand Ballroom. Each has its own charming sense of Victorian style and romance. The Florentine Room, our Grand Ballroom, is the extraordinary masterpiece, featuring a breathtaking glass atrium attached for a lavish cocktail hour.

Vijay did such a great job from the beginning and on our wedding day, he was there to ensure everything was done well. His staff is amazing, excellent service. The music, DJ, photographer, food, drinks were great at affordable price.
I would definitely recommend Excelsoir as the perfect venue for those special occasions..

We had our wedding held at the Excelsior in May 2021. The location is convenient and the hall inside is beyond gorgeous! Vijay helped us every step of the way planning, coordinating and helping in any way possible. He will treat you like family. The food is excellent and service was great! We highly recommend this venue for any occasion! Thanks so much for making our special day amazing.

I had my wedding here October 19 and i am so happy I chose the excelsior!! The place is gorgeous for pictures all over the venue and victor the owner really worked with us and went out of his way just for the bride aka me. He was there through my whole wedding too always making sure everything was to my liking. Had such a fun time everyone a week later is still talking about what a beautiful wedding we had. I had the salmon with dill sauce and it was yummy I had so many compliments on my food at the wedding i wouldnt change a thing. If you are getting married I highly recommend to go with the excelsior

I had my daughter's sweet 16th Birthday party on 7-27-2019 here at Excelsior. I was very impress with the staff, the Manger; Scott and the owner (Victor). They were very friendly and accommodating. The place was absolutely clean. The Food was awesome. There was plenty of parking space. The banquet hall, the entrance, table setup, and lighting was just perfect. I highly recommend this place all special events. All my 250 guest highly enjoyed the place, food, open bar and the facility...

Victor was beyond accomodating, professional,patient, organized. Walking in off the street with no appointment to view and decide if the Excelsior was the venue for my daughter's Sweet 16 I was greeted with a smile and provided information immediately. The price was beyond affordable and for everything included you can't go wrong. The day of the event, Victor knew I as the mom was stressing out, so he included beautiful bows for the chairs as a suprise for us. The food was absolutely delicious

I agree with the majority of posts rating the Excelsior at 1Star. As some even said if 0 Stars were possible, that would be my rating. It is the absolute worst. I cannot stress WORST enough. DO NOT contract with this venue for ANY event.

If you EXPECT that you receive what you CONTRACT for then go SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! The owner, Victor(Vijay), thinks it's ok to do what HE wants by changing the menu then saying "What's the big deal". The Excelsior also has valet that is aggressive/confrontational and swindles the guests by charging $5 to park, then LIES to say it was a tip. Some linen was horribly stained and the napkins were mismatched...... BAD EXPERIENCE ***JUNE 2019 EVENT ***

This place deserves "0" but it wont let me write unless I put a star. So I'm here for a Tricky Tray for a beesteak event...I am so disappointed. Sevice sucks. Food was supposed to be abundance...we had 10 ppl on our table and they place a dish of 7 pieces of steak on piece of Italian bread and 1 plate of fries. barely anything. we asked for more food...crickets...for $70 was outrageous to ask. Then I go to bathroom their Hot water scolded me friend. The water is too Hot on low. 2 stalls had no tp. btw we had to use a our same plates...what the heck??...why don't I get a clean

I had my mother's wedding on September 8,2018 and I must say I was a bit nervous due to the bad reviews on yelp. But surprisingly everything was perfect.. the food was delicious. It was an open bar event and although my mom misunderstood the contract Victor made it work and accommodated so that both parties were happy. Victor was very professional and helpful he checked up on us throughout the celebration which was amazing. The bartender was really nice and made sure the guests were taken care of. I highly recommend this catering hall to anyone who has special event.

This is the venue my mother choose for her wedding and at first I was a bit skeptical especially because of the reviews. This place is located on a busy Highway and It's pretty tricky to find the entrance . However The Staff was OUTSTANDING everyone from the Waiters/waitress bartender as well as the establishment manager was on deck and readily available. The food was good I had the Chicken Franceses not bad at all, the price for the venue is what really blew me away ... Honestly I didn't expect this level of service. So where do I begin? Warning this review will be very long because I am going to be honest. So when we first booked the Excelsior in 2016 for our wedding May 2017 happened to quick because my husband loved it and didn't want to consider any other venues. I loved the gold trim and vintage look which matched my wedding colors. But I still wasn't convinced after all the negotiating that it was the hall for us. There were a few things and repairs that needed to be done. I wanted something more brand new marble floor, and a roof top ceremony better parking space. We ended up staying with the Excelsior

Thank you so much Victor and Lili for an amazing night! Our wedding turned out so beautiful more than we can ever imagine. It was great night with all the vi-ordination was fine by both of you. Every single guest was happy with everything. Great food and great service. The bar was great and everyone enjoyed all the drinks. There was no line at all. Thanks for the great job.

I attended a party at the Excelsior last night.
The parking was great, the room was great, food was delicious, bathrooms immaculately clean, service exceeded my expectations.
Victor made sure everything was just right and accommodated any extra request with expediency and a smile- 5 Stars - highly recommend !

I got married in 2005. My marriage failed but that's not the reason for my poor review! I had my reception here and I just thought about writing a review. I established a good rapport with the manager and paid a significant deposit before the wedding. Everything went well until about two or three hours into the event when they summoned me and my father-in-law into the office to complain about an outstanding balance of a few hundred dollars. I could not believe that the took us away from our celebration for that. I lost about 30 minutes from the party discussing this and making payment for

The Excelsior was a great choice for us and all our guests!! I'm so pleased to say that it was everything promised and delivered. This was a bridal shower for 250 women and everyone left very pleased with the service and the food. Mr Vijay was there the whole night, accommodating and helpful as my guest list increased from 220 to 250. The servers were all so very polite and efficient. Everything was clean and we could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thanks to everyone :)

I had my Son's first birthday party here the past weekend, Victor/Vijay was very helpful. He definitely was willing to accommodate our requests. I liked his attitude towards getting things done per our requirement. The hall was very beautiful, food was catered from outside and was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.
Victor was available for any questions through out the process and he was present at the day of the event. Any requests, he was there and was willing to make it happen.
Event was a success and we got good feedback from most of the guests.
