The place:
No parking lot or not allowed to use theirs. had to park cross the street on a diferent parking lot.
No heating. It was freezing inside
Restrooms - old and dirty
Not enouth "black lights". Need more of these to make it glow.
Party it self:
- 99% Under 21
- Good music and party crowd
- Bar very limited on water, soda and white claw

I booked a party for my daughter who was turning 16 and the venue was very responsive until I told them that due to COVID we would not be having the party at the time book. I was told that they were sorry to hear but understood under the circumstances. They said they would be sending me info so that I can rebook at a later date and since then I have not receive anything. They have not answered any of my emails, of which I have sent various. Highly disappointed in their customer service. Treated you well until they took your deposit and then did not want to further discuss any other options. The

My daughters sweet 16 could not have been more magical than what GLOW have made it. I am so happy in choosing this venue for such a special moment. The photographer, Staff Owners, ETC were so nice and accommodating, even when I felt so pressured and anxious when things weren't going my way (as all mothers do), The owner gave me such a welcoming feeling guaranteeing everything was going to be spectacular. Thank you so much for making my dream come true!

Beautifully decorated and easy to find, however the hot food could use some sprucing up. Staff was courteous and easy to speak with. There was a situation and it was handled very professionally without the other party guests knowing what transpired. The door man was great, the coat check women were quick, and the bathroom attendant listened to the ladies concerns about the bathroom and freshened up the women's bathroom immediately.

New venue where 'In the Swing' used to be. What a beautiful space!!! We recently had a LASER TAG party for my 11 year old son and 9 of his friends. The owner was lovely and the young men who tended to the kids kept them in line and engaged . The helpers themselves seemed to be having just as much fun as the kids were.
Great place to celebrate any type of event. The possibilities are endless.

My daughter's party was great! The staff was courteous, engaging and wonderful at interacting with the kids. Both the adults and children were happy and entertained. The owner went above and beyond for us ... She was very hands on and even added some extra perks at no charge to enhance my party! My guests told me the venue was very easy to find and parking was not an issue at all, even though we declined the option to have a valet at our party. Overall, I would definitely have a party there again and recommend it to everyone!
