Dr. Moreno was an assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, where he taught General & Surgical Dermatology. In 1988 Dr. Moreno began his practice in sunny Florida relocating from the New York/New Jersey area. His Doctorate of Medicine was earned from State University of New York's College of Medicine.
