From scheduling my first appointment to ordering my lenses everyone was professional and friendly. There was no long wait time to be processed and seated in an examination room. Everyone acted like I was the only patient in the building and took whatever time was needed. Dr. Jackman is just great, knows his stuff, and focuses on your eye needs. Every single person I interacted with was very pleasant and professional but also did not shy away from conversation. This was my first proper eye exam and everything was explained well. They also made sure to talk about my eye health considering i am diabetic. I was really happy with my discussion about glasses and lenses as well. They provided me with a good quote including the options I'm considering. Will definitely be using them as my Optometrist for the foreseeable future.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Everyone we encountered from the moment we walked in we’re friendly, helpful and caring. Remember how life was in 2019? Most places are stuck in 2020. Anna Eyecare is a refreshing visit to what normal should be. I can’t remember the last time I paid for a service and was so pleased. They are worth waiting for on your calendar.

GREAT experience from the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was kind and welcoming, The technician who took pictures of my eyes and the eye tests explained everything she was doing in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Then to Dr Nelson who was the most professional, compassionate, kindest doctor you will ever meet!! And finally on to the optical to choose my frames, the optician was professional, kind and very patient with me choosing my frames. Hands down the best place for eye care!!!

Dr. Jackman and his staff are wonderful! They always help you with everything and make any information easy to understand. Definitely a great place to go for your eye care needs. Started seeing them 2 years ago for myself after my previous doctor of 15 years retired, and have been taking my son for 3 years. 100% recommend.

After years of being told I couldn't wear contacts for presbyopia, I had another doctor fit me with multifocal lenses. They were great for computer work but horrible for driving. I was told it's "as good as it's going to get". I had a friend recommended Dr. Jackman, and I booked an appointment. He was beyond informative, very easy to communicate with, and offered me other options, such as monovision to correct farsighted in one eye and presbyopia in the other. Had a great experience here! We moved to Anna almost three years ago and I was finally tired of driving down to Plano to our old Dr. Everyone here was friendly and welcoming. The doctor was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If you’re on the fence definitely give this place a try. No complaints from me.

Dr. Jackman was wonderful! He has great "bedside" manners. He explained everything in great detail to my grandson Braylon. Braylon has Type 1 diabetes. The need for extensive eye care due to his diabetes. He also sent reports to Braylon's primary care and endocrinologist. Then it was my turn. He explained to me I have cataracts. I didn't know I had or my eyesight was very bad. I now have glasses for the first time in my life. Yearly eye exams for both of us. Dr. Jackman is so knowledgeable. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend Anna Eyecare and Dr.

Overcharged .. I called to complain and was told to come back and work something out ... Total bill was 888.00 . That was for one pair of glasses and contacts ,which I was told were covered by the insurance.. My out of pocket 467.00 ... I do not have time to negotiate prices .. My time is much to valuable .. I had to make an eye doctor appointment on short notice and wasn't able to go to my eye doctor. I was a little reluctant but made an appointment with Dr. Jackman at Anna Eyecare. I literally just left and couldn't be happier. Dr. Jackman was great. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood and he had a great personality and sense of humor.
