Brought the comforter to dry clean the first time. After they entering my info, I received a text message instantly with the information to pick up next few days.
I received a text message next day saying it's ready for picking up! So efficient, didn't expect it's done so fast!
I showed them the dirty spot, it's all gone! They hanged the comforter on a hanger like clothes with a plastic covering, makes it easier to inspect. It's nice, clean and doesn't have a weird smell.
Good success with the comforter, even though it's a bit distant from where I live,

I would not recommend this dry cleaners because I left my dry cleaning outside my door nothing has ever been stolen however I thought my dry cleaning was picked up and taken care of it took a while I didn't hear from anyone so I called and I said where is my dry cleaning

Nothing simple (pun intended) about pickup. Improper wearing of mask (like Chin Guard) if worn at all. Lots of confusion at pickup led me to believe I would never see my item again.

Realizing she needed to know from me the color of my garment, despite my having a claim ticket, I tried at least twice to tell her its color but she would not stop talking to hear me out. I wake up early everyday & so at 5:15am I decided to see if I could find an alterations place by me to see if I could get my dresses I need altered for a wedding & dinner party within in the next week. I wrote to Simply Dry-cleaning thinking they were located closer to my house & They responded back immediately at 5o'clock in the morning and couldn't have been more accommodating. They set up an appointment right away and then when I told them that I live in Boca they offered to drop my gowns off at my house so I don't have to make the trip twice. Not sure who I was conversing

I had a couple pants and dresses altered and from scheduling an appointment to receiving my clothing, it was amazing. Excellent customer service from both the owner and the seamstress. Their app makes seething everything up super easy and painless and you can't beat their free delivery and pickup. Highly recommend!

This place is so amazing, I went today to drop off some clothes that I needed for this weekend, not realizing that they won’t be open Friday. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that my clothes will be serviced and ready for me to pick up same day. Other places that I went they couldn’t do it, the earliest would be Tuesday.

By far the best place I've been to for alterations. Owner is nice and is true to his estimate. I called before I came and it turned out the alterations should of been more money but he said he quoted me that price. I thought that was extremely nice especially in today's world where everything is money, money, money. I didn't mind spending extra. He is running a business. Very friendly and definitely knows his business well. I'll be going back for all my alteration needs and dry cleaning in the future.

I needed some alteration work on my Polo casual jacket, it had 2 holes and a tear in the shoulder. I called Manny, he may be the owner and was very nice and gave me a fair price and promised it 2 days later. I picked it up 3 days later due to my schedule and I was so impressed with quality of the work. This is now my go to cleaners and alteration place, conveniently located a few doors down from Pasqual's Pizzeria on Royal Palm. Many places around here over promise and never deliver to a customer's expectations. Go see Manny & Dominic you'll be glad you did!
