A will is a critical document that explains in detail how your assets are to be distributed upon your death. A will explains to who the assets are to be distributed to, and you can also establish a guardianship for any minor children. If one passes away without a legal and valid will, state law and the courts in Florida will determine how to distribute the estate.
A power of attorney is a legal document where one person gives another person the authority to act on his or her behalf to handle the affairs while he or she is unavailable or physically or mentally unable to do so. A power of attorney may very broad, or it may be very limited and specific. Durable power of attorney-- A durable power of attorney is created when power given to another person survives beyond the incapacity of the principal.
As part of a well rounded estate plan, a designation of Health Care Surrogate allows you to appoint another person (or persons) to make all health care decisions for you, should you become so disabled you cannot communicate or make those decisions yourself. For example, a person may want to have an advance directive to deny treatment if they are ever in a permanent coma.

If you want an attorney who doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls, then Lindsay is the right person for you. It has nothing to do with how small your office is, it’s all bout customer service. My first experience was back in January when I attempted to contacts Lindsay’s office, I called and left a message. A week goes by, no return phone call. I called the following week and the receptionist advised the phones were down, but I was able to leave a message... scheduled a consultation in March, signed proper forms right away. It is now June, and have not heard a word from the office or Lindsay

I hired attorney Lindsey Bash based on a recommendation from a friend. As a father of two and the majority breadwinner the cards were definitely stacked against me.I'm glad she was my attorney,her and her staff did an excellent job for me.My divorce started in April 2018 and unfortunately took over a year to complete, but her staff worked hard and diligently even with all the cards stacked against me and were able to get me the results I was looking for. I would definitely recommend her, and if the need ever arises I will definatly use her expertise again.
