This office is poorly run. I’m a doctor’s wife and I help manage the office so I know Dr. Tuvel has probably lost patients due to poor management. I made an appointment and gave my insurance information a month ago. They called to confirm my appointment. I called and spoke with them to confirm my appointment a few hours before I was due there, I get there and wait 20 mins before being addressed, and then they tell me that they just found out that instance , that they don’t except my insurance! Mind you, Tuvel is on my insurance provider list . Disgusting, we certainly won’t be referring

Went to get simple injection for a Neuroma and all he would do is request all kinds of test , discuss surgery and lengthy treatments.
Stated that he had no reason to believe diagnosis of two highly reputable specialists, who happen to be Very well known in the specialty.
Unfortunately ,one retired and the other not covered by my insurance.
Walked out and left.

I had taken my daughter there because she was walking with her foot rolling in inwards. Dr. Tuvel's office was efficient and clean. He had taken care of my daughter right away. She had an x-ray in his office and he had recommended inserts for her shoes. He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. He's very patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who has problems with their feet. My mother comes here as well and she is very happy with their service.

This podiatrist office is funny I whent one of the Dr no Tuvel find out I need inersole then come the $ 450.00 ok then chek another place $295.oo ok so call the Office need my notes from the supose Dr forgat his Name is from Pakistani hard for me to remember ok I ask them I need perception and my X-ray call them no answer go to the office they nail me with $25.00 only x-ray o no prescription I'm they don't gave me a recive? Total disregard for your time. Got to the office at 10:05 for a 10:30 appointment. At 11:00 asked the staff what time I should expect to be called in. I was told that I was at a specialist office. Not knowing what that meant, I said that I was also a specialist and that my clients never wait a half hour past their appointment to see me, Kept waiting and at 11:15 asked, again, when I would be called in. Was told in 5 minutes. Walked out at 11:30 and within minutes was called on my cell phoned by a staff member telling me I was next, and asked where I was. Told them I had left.and was asked if I

I had a wonderful experience with the staff I had a pain in my heel that I was not able to tolerate I was able to make an appointment the following day first thing in the morning. My wait time was less than 30 minutes I was extremely impressed I saw the doctor he was very attentive and explained to me everything in great detail I would highly recommend this doctor. I read his reviews and some of the people had me concerned it would be nice if more people would take time when they get a good service too post the review .

I recently went to Dr. Tuvel's office for follow up on a broken ankle. Probably one of the most caring, kind, and considerate Doctors I've ever met. The staff, especially Mary were also very caring and nice. The office was clean and immaculate. The person who wrote the previous review was obviously a disgruntled employee. I can't imagine even see something like that in his office. You can tell in the tone of words that she doesn't know what she's talking about. Sour Grapes!

I visited Dr Tuvel today referred by a coworker of mine. His assistant Mary was great, very nice, courteous and helpful. When Dr Tuvel was checking my foot he made me feel comfortable by being very careful and explaining to me what my foot condition could possibly be. I am very pleased i found this Dr and i will definitely recommend him. He will continue to be my podiatrist since i felt like i could rely on his experience and knowledge.
