Got my first tattoo and touch up here, with the artist Shane. I'm very happy with the tattoo!
When you walk in, all the artists are really nice and easy to talk to as well! I am sure I will come here again to get another tattoo!

Chuck did an amazing job. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as we designed my first tattoo. It was an emotional tribute to my dad who passed away from cancer. I was able to get my tattoo on my dad's birthday, which gave it even more meaning. My tattoo is beautiful and unique! Thank you Chuck, you rock!

Got septum pierced. Waaaaaay too close to cartilage. Super expensive but I thought I would pay more for better.. I've had other piercings before but this one was super sore for over a month. Took it out, a month later went somewhere else and got it re-pierced for $40 (with new ring). Much more comfortable, no soreness at all, and the ring sits better due to the repositioning of the new piercing. Healed very very fast and didn't bother my allergies one bit.

I haven't gotten a tattoo from here but I did recently get a few piercings and I was extremely nervous and the lady did a great job of keeping me calm. And I told her I didn't want to see the needle so she made sure not to show me the needle either. So yes I would highly recommend them for piercings!

Shane is awesome, polite, funny and fast! Truly a great experience. Thank you so much. (His coworker in the watermelon shirt is also hilarious). Definitely the place to go!

I absolutely loved how clean the place was in general. My artist was Erik and he was phenomenal! I’ve never been more satisfied with a tattoo, nor more comfortable with the artist than I was after my experience with him. He made sure everything was perfect for my design and was very patient. He even went back in and made sure there were no light lines and was very detailed with how the aftercare should go. 10/10 would go back!

Autumn pierced my septum recently, and it was the best experience I’ve had hands down. They took their time with placement and making sure it would be precise. It wasn’t done in a rush which I greatly appreciated. They were very friendly and super informative. I will be coming back to Autumn for all my future piercings!

I was a walk in, they were very friendly over the phone and super accepting of my last minute tattoo need. I ended getting 4 small tattoos, Erik did them and let me tell everyone. I WILL BE BACK! His hand work is so light everything tickled and I got lettering on my rib. 10/10, can’t wait to schedule my bigger piece! The atmosphere is so welcoming too! Clean! And makes you feel like you’ve known these people all your life. Amazing shop!

Ivy did a fantastic job on two piercings. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. she took time to talk through everything and has a great selection of jewelry. Highly recommend.

3 generations of women in my family have the same tattoo, a small, simple design that represents our family roots. For her 16th birthday, my daughter wanted to get hers. I called Bonaroo to verify that they were ok doing a tattoo on a 16 year old with parental consent and they told us to come on in. When we got there, a big hairy dude met with us. He did not ask us any questions about the tattoo. He proceeded to lecture my daughter and I about how tattoos are permanent and she needed to think long and hard about whether getting a tattoo was a good idea. He suggested that it would be hard

Awesome staff and quality art that you can't beat. Jj and Ian are super friendly and sweet! I have gotten all of my tattoos and piercings done here for years. I couldn’t be happier and Can't wait to go back. The shop is clean, and you're greeted as soon as you walk in by people who love what they do, and it really shows. Absolutely not. What was presented to me was worse than a child's coloring book. Came on my birthday, I was asked to wait two days so there could be such intricate details. Even though the 'artist' schedule was empty. Showed pictures, for reference. No resemblance of what I asked for. Curious why he asked what I wanted if he didn't plan to try to replicate anything remotely similar. He did not offer a refund on my deposit. He did not look anything up to copy or print. He did not re-draw anything. Just mockingly yelled, "come back if you change your mind!" Pretty sure

Bonaroo Tattoo is WONDERFUL! We made a last minute appointment and they were very flexible. Can't forget to mention that JJ was AMAZING. He made our first tattoo experience comfortable and exciting. Already planning our next tattoos!

Tried to go in here to get a quote on a tattoo and was treated horribly. The guy acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and that my idea was dumb. I have several tattoos but they're hidden under my business attire. The guy looked me up and down and seemed to judge me for what I came in wearing. I would never let someone tattoo me with an attitude like that. I found somewhere better that cared about what I wanted.

I had such a good experience while getting my nose pierced. They pierce on minors. Myk also makes it very easy, and he calms you down through it by just talking to you. The shop is very clean and it's very nice, they have a lot of seating. They also let you record the piercing. I would definitely come back here again!

Great location with lots of parking and spacious waiting area inside. There's also tons of food places and stores to check out if you bring a friend who doesn't want to wait.

If you're looking for an awesome artist, check out Ian Rydquist's work. I got my first tattoo by him in California and then at his shop in a Santa Cruz. He's worth the travel, check out his work! You won't be disappointed.

Had my dermal removed today by Josh. I was super nervous about it since I've heard it's painful. Josh did a good job at calming me down, and continued to ask me if I was okay during the process. Will definitely go back to him in the future.

I'm going to post two reviews here because we had two different experiences with two different artists. J.J. did a small simple piece on my wrist and was kind, professional, thoughtful, and efficient. Everything you could ask for in a tattoo artist. I am immediately impressed because he guarantees his work for life and made me feel immediately comforted with the promise of touch ups should anything go wrong. I highly recommend J.J.!

I struggle in how many stars to give this review, because I think the artwork for the tattoo I received at this shop was beautiful. However, Kyle takes artistic temperament to an obnoxious extreme, and I cannot recommend that you get a tattoo from him.

Kyle was recommended to me by a friend. I looked at his portfolio online, corresponded with him regarding the design I wanted, paid a deposit via Paypal, and scheduled an appointment with him. So far so good. The deal was that I couldn't see the design until arriving at the appointment, and any mods would be done from there. I get that

Let me preface this review by saying I am completely and utterly satisfied with the work I received. The lines are great and what I had done will fit in with my final piece perfectly. Everything was done in a sanitary manner and was done quickly and efficiently.

My low rating is more for the attitude I received when getting my work done. WHICH I really do want to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk the experience to a misunderstanding. I have a very unique-read unconventional- project going on and I've been going to different places and getting a few things done to it. I chose Bonaroo

After posting this review I was contacted by Myk and the owner apologizing and trying to straighten things out. I was unsure about deciding to still go there as I was pretty upset. I decided to go there today despite it and see how it went. Myk absolutely went above and beyond today to make things right and comfortable!!! He's a very sweet man and did a great job with my mom!!! He absolutely changed my opinion about Bonaroo!!!


I'm super disappointed. I went in today to buy a gift certificate/put money down for my mom to have her ears pierced for a Christmas gift
